ChartaccompanyingtheBidProposal,thetotalNumberoftheskilledandUnskilledlaborrequirementsoftheproject
inwhichthemandatoryminimumpercentageof50%oftheunskilledand30%oftheskilledlaborrequirement
shallberecruitedandbeequallyaccessibletobothwomenandmen.ACertificateofComplianceunderoathmust
besubmittedbytheContractorasamongtherequirementsforeveryprogressbillingandcountercheckedbythis
officebeforeeffectingthepaymenttoensurecompliance.

Contractors/applicantswhoareinterestedintheDPWHCivilWorksProjectsarerequiredtoregisterpriortotheset
scheduleofsubmissionofbidwhilethosealreadyregisteredshallkeeptheirrecordscurrentandupdated.
ContractorseligibilitytobidontheprojectwillbedeterminedusingtheDPWHContractorProfileEligibilityProcess
(CPEP)andsubjecttofurtherpostqualification.InformationonregistrationcanbeobtainedatDPWHWebsite,
www.dpwh.gov.ph.

D.O.#03seriesof2015requiresthesubmissionofClassAdocumentsandFinancialStatementsatleastseven
(7)calendardays,andtheTechnicalDocuments(completed/ongoingprojects)atleastfifteen(15)calendardays
beforethedeadlineforthesubmissionofopeningofbidstotheDPWHCivilWorksRegistry(CWR)atCentralOffice
inordertoaffordsufficienttimetoupdateContractorsrecordsintheCWR.

SubmissionofasignedcopyofINTEGRITYPLEDGEforDPWHConstructorsisrequiredperD.O.86s.2013.

TheDPWHCebu3rdDEOreservestherighttoacceptorrejectanybidandtoannulthebiddingprocessanytime
beforethecontractaward,withoutincurringanyliabilitytotheaffectedbidders,inaccordancewiththeprovisions
