Austin Business Journal in the medium sized company category. Winners for the event were selected
based on the results of an anonymous employee surveys completed by each company which were then
analyzed by a third party judge. The six key dimensions measured in the survey were communication and
resources, individual needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics and trust in
leadership.
