Where is the snow?

This year is it more worse than the last one. No snow in the mountains. Therefore I was driving up to the mounains and
asking mother nature, ey, yo - where is the snow? I was also performing my famous snow dance in the middle of the
night, in the middle of nowhere. Now we will see, whether my performance has appeard. If the snow is falling in the next
few day, think about me and my dance.
This image was taken with my brandnew Sony A7s with a 24mm f/1.4 Samyang lens. Shot with 6400 ISO, only 13
seconds apperture at f/2. It is really amazing how good this setup works at night.

Stars in the sky

It was a lot colder than it looks like on the photo, beliefe me. But also when i get cold feet, it was worthwhile.
I could take some amazing nightsky image here in Thyon. But that was it, the rest of our short vacations over the easter
weekend in the Valais, was more or less defined by clouds and fog.
Therefore, if there is a bright night upcoming, grab your gear immediately, because you'll never know, whether the next
night would be photogenic too.

Little City with nearly 3,000 inhabitants, so quite, peaceful city. When I've take this photo, it was up to minus 20 celsius
degrees, it was really cold, but the air was so fresh and clean. The city is sorrounded by high mountains, and looks really
wounderful and beautiful. I really love it to being Tasiilaq, East Greenland.

Lightshow in da house!

A pure and clear view to our galaxy on 2800m at midnight.

As I promised, let me present to you, the Milkyway. An hour earlier, I thought, that I'm again watching the famous movie
"The road was in vain". The clouds were so thick I saw the clouds flying by in the beam of my head lamp. And after I was
on the top, my backpack was wet from the clouds, although it was not raining.
But now, within minutes all clouds were gone and I realized the cold air. I started around 30C and I thought, damn I'm a
pantywaist, if I'm cold in the middle of the summer, what would it be in the winter. I walked back to my rucksack to grab
my second pair of gloves, when I saw that my backpack was no more wet, it was now frozen!
Okay, it must be very cold and this is good, because the air is getting very clear to see the Milkyway.

Hawaii is known for one of the best places to watch the sunset. This was taken from westside in the island of Oahu. I
hardly shoot sunsets since I live in Honoulu which is about 50 miles away from this place but when I do, I'll make sure I
