ABSTRACT

This On-the-Job Training was conducted from

April 17 2017 to June 09 2017 at the office of

the National Irrigation Administration, San Manuel,

Isabela. During my On-the-Job Training I have

learned different task especially communicating with

other people as a key to develop myself.

Through my training days I have motivated

my interest, and broadened my knowledge of become more

efficient in my work. On-the-Job Training is an

instrument for the students to perform their chosen

specialization and mold their abilities.
