AFFIDAVIT

We, ARABILYA B. INDANAN and AL-HIGAZY ABDULA INDANAN, both of

legal age, married and residents of Jolo,Sulu, Philippines, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say that:

1. We are the biological parent of SHARLINA BALLI INDANAN who was born
on 20 January 1989;

2. Our daughter wishes to marry AHMED SAEED ALGHAMDI of legal age and
a resident of Makkah, Saudi Arabia this coming December 2017;

3. We hereby voluntarily give our parental consent and/or advice to our

daughter to contract marriage with AHMED SAEED ALGHAMDI;

4. We make these statements under oath and in good faith in order to establish
the fact that we give our consent and/or advice with our daughter to enter into
marriage;

5. We execute this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts based on
personal knowledge and authentic records for whatever legal purpose it may
serve.
