Sanctions imposable against a lawyer upon finding that he has engaged in
professional misconduct are as follows:
(a) Disbarment which is a termination of an individuals status as a lawyer (b) Suspension or the removal of lawyer from the practice of law for a specified period (c) Interim suspension of the temporary suspension of a lawyer from the practice of law pending the imposition of final discipline (d) Reprimand or censure or public censure (e) Admonition or known as private reprimand (f) Probation which is a sanction that allows a lawyer to practice law under specified conditions (g) Other sanctions and remedies which includes, restitution, assessment of costs, limitation upon practice, appointment of receiver, requirement that the lawyer take the bar examination or professional responsibility examination, requirement that the lawyer attend continuing education courses and other requirements that the states highest court or disciplinary board deems consistent with the purposes of lawyer sanctions. (h) Reciprocal discipline which is the imposition of a disciplinary sanction for conduct for which a lawyer has been disciplined in another jurisdiction
