Exceptionally efficient mud displacement is achieved with the Ultra Flush II Spacer System. Ultra Flush II
enhances overall cementing job quality by improving displacement efficiency, providing better wellbore fluid
compatibility and water-wetting the casing and formation. (It is also useful for changing out drilling muds in
non-cementing applications.) It precedes the cement as an effective wellbore cleaning and bonding system,
providing superior solids support and thermal stability.

Features

Simple Preparation
Ultra Flush II is prepared with a liquid additive mixed into the base water. Barite is added, then the spacer is
pumped downhole.
Mixing Flexibility
Can be mixed on the fly, batch mixed or blended in a slugging pit.
Compatible
It can be used with most water-based muds.
Excellent Solids Support
High carrying capacity suspends weighting agents and drilling solids.
Excellent Stability
It offers excellent solids support, and is stable to 350F (177C).

Limitations

Ultra Flush II is not compatible with certain oil-based mud systems. While Ultra Flush II is designed with a
surfactant to minimize incompatibilities between cement and drilling mud systems, pilot tests should always be
conducted to verify compatibility.
