Teaching Philosophy

As an educational leader, I will strive to design a positive and engaging atmosphere where students can obtain the
knowledge and skills to help better themselves now and for the future. I feel it is important for students to be independent
critical thinkers, but to also be able to work collaboratively with others in order to solve real world problems. Above all,
children need to feel safe in their environment and always be encouraged to accomplish their own individual goals. It is
my job as an educator to help students become successful learners and enhance their curiosity and interest for learning.
