4.2 Definition of Spatial Elements

In this section, the proponent analyzes the spatial elements of the project in order to have an idea of approximate area

of spaces needed for the design development.

4.2.1 Qualitative and Quantitative Elements

The study of qualitative and quantitative elements includes the identification of primary users of the premises and its

number, qualitative analysis of spaces, furniture, fixtures and equipment on the facilities. Through this study and analysis,

the proponent come up with the space parameters and circulation percentage that are used to identify the approximate

area of spaces that the proponent will be needing for the design planning of the project.
