Work Breakdown Structure

The business will major in the provision of Indoor gym and Futsal Fields to Cambodia

Populates. According to the management of the business, the project implementation process

is expected to take 3-4 months. The work breakdown structures will entail the process

involved in the exclusion process from the initiation stage to close out, where the facility gets

ready for use. The five stages involved will include initiation, planning, execution, control,

and closeout.

1. Widget Management System

1.1. Initiation

The initiation stage will involve the development of the statement of the objective for the

project and pushing through the approval process. It will be a period that will guide the rest of

the project. All stakeholders involved will be part of the initiation.

1.1.1. Evaluation & Recommendations

At this stage, the team will consider the viability of the whole idea. The evaluation

process will involve identifying the opportunities and threats available and the strategic niche

to occupy. In this case, there is an opportunity for recreation activities in the region due to

the high demand for outdoor activities. An indoor gym and Futsal field facility would be a

strategic venture, based on the identified niche. It will be beneficial to the community, and

people will have a good opportunity to participate in sporting activities and exercise. Creation

will also play a role as financiers since they all have interested in the community, and

sponsoring the project will be part of their corporate social responsibility efforts.

The sponsors will review the idea and determine its viability at this stage. The decision is

made, and they may want to recommend on how they want the implementation process

approached.

1.1.4. Project Charter Signed/Approval

The sponsor will approve the charter, which implies that they are willing to fund the

project. However, the team will need to prepare a more detailed plan, which will involve

1.2. Planning

1.2.1. Create Preliminary Scope Statement

The scope of the project will involve consolidation of design and planning team. Spaces

and functionalities that will need to be included in the project will include parking spaces,

fencing, seating, maintenance facilities, locker rooms, restrooms. The team will come up with

the design factors that need to be considered, which may include the water management in

the facility, vegetation, and other trees in the design some of the other design .

The team will appoint a chief architect who will make a design team that will manage the

The audit procurement will consider both the software and hardware procured to support
