Plaintiff Graceland College Center for Professional Development and Lifelong Learning, Inc.,

d/b/a SkillPath (SkillPath or Plaintiff") and Defendants Michael Price, BizSummits LLC and Specialty

Holdings LLC d/b/a VC South (collectively, Defendants) advise the Court that they have reached a

compromise with regard to this case. Therefore, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1), the parties hereby

dismiss this case, without prejudice, and agree to bear their respective costs and attorneys fees in the

above-captioned case.
