Design and develop ETL solutions for bulk data movement between data source and

targets using Informatica and PL/SQL code.

2-4 years of relevant industry experience.
Good experience of database & data engineering, including knowledge preferably with
Oracle.
Experience of development using ETL tools such as Informatica.
Knowledge of warehouse concepts and techniques.
Knowledge of data normalization and performance optimization techniques.
Experience of complete project lifecycle execution from Requirements Analysis to
Production Support.

Job Description
IT Specialists in this job role will have expertise in making available,
integrating, and optimizing structured and/or unstructured data using database
products, technologies, and methods. Typical examples of the deliverables are
database designs, information models (logical, physical, dimensional, etc.) , data
migration plans, and data warehouses. IT Specialists who primarily apply their
technical skills in an internal or external customer billable services and
implementation environment.

Capgemini informatica requirement:

Experience in Infomatica ETL software with good understanding on logical and
physical modeling, Data warehouse / Business Intelligence concepts.
3+ Hands on in Informatica Power Center (Workflows, Mapping, Workflows, .. etc )
Hands-on experience in Project design, ETL Process design using Infomatica Power
Center.
Experience on Optimization and Performance Tuning.
Experience in Oracle DDL/DML and PLSQLs.
Experience in UNIX environment and basic UNIX commands/scripts
Willingness to learn all data warehousing technologies & work out of the comfort
zone in other ETL technologies (Datastage, Oracle, Mainframe etc)

Understand reusability, parameterization, workflow design, etc.

Performance tuning and end-to-end lifescycle experience with Enterprise wide data
warehouse
