THATS HOW IT FEELS PASSION, INTEGRITY & APNAPAN

Dear All,
Apologies for delay but it has been overwhelming few days and thats what is depicted in the
cover photograph.

A big thank you to all of you from all of us. We are delighted to attach our annual report that was
presented at the Annual General Meeting on 27th June, 2017. This was followed by the Eid event
on 2nd July which was a huge success with a large number of families attending the event.
In this issue you will find the details of the Azaadi Event on 13th August. Please accept our
apologies in advance as we only have 30 places left now.

This has happenned now twice in past few weeks that our events received a massive response
even before the details are uploaded for public. Our next event is also a free event for members
and their families but RSVP is required.

There are six segments to participate and try to get a table of eight to get the prizes. The
segments comprise quiz questions about Australia and Pakistan and of course
Lollywood. Based on the gameshow format it will be a fast paced evening with musical
performances at 9.00 pm. As the clock in Australia will strike midnight which will be 10 PM in
Perth, we will end with the National Anthem of Paksitan and prayers for peace and stability in
the region.

We are partnering with an organisation in Pakistan and if all goes well the project will be on
display to show how young ones in Pakistan are contributing positively to Pakistan. The flyer is
attached on page 5.

SUPPORT LOLLYWOOD

An additional screening for Perth to be arranged in July on Sunday just after school holidays.
Interested? If you are not on facebook drop us a line with your number so you are informed.
We needed about 100 members to commit and have almost the same number but it would be
great if we have maximum number to open the doors for future screenings.

EID CELEBRATIONS IN PERTH

Pakistani community in Perth joined us wholeheartedly to celebrate Eid.

No one expected that the horrible weather on Saturday will turn warm and
sunny to let the community enjoy sunshine. Face painting, games,
delicious food, dance and Bilals musical performance made the day a
memorable one. This event would have not been possible if people behind
the scene had not worked hard. These include Asma Sabir and Family, Ifra
Khokar and family and the young ones Amir and Faz with Waqar.

The event was fully booked within two days and everyone who has
attended thoroughly enjoyed the organization. The photographs of the
event are now uploaded on the Facebook.

Our apologies to the families who were on the waiting list and missed out.
This was inevitable as we were cautious of the capacity of the venue and
we kept it short of five persons to be on the safe side.

For your record, please save the following dates to save disappointment
and hopefully our sister organizations will keep them for their events.
