Summarize the Climax

In the climax Fig wears his costume to school and calls it his, "Captain Nobody"
costume. At first the teacher is against him wearing it but then decides it's fine
because she knows he had a rough day with his brother's coma.

There are many parts to this crazy climax, First we have Fig taking a snare drum
out of a dumpster to give to Cecil, then we have JJ encountering a burglar in a
jewellery store! One strange thing after another happens... but the craziest event
in the climax is Fig stopping traffic allowing a plane to land safely on the
highway!

Summarizing the Falling Action

Reggie Ratner the accused tackler who gave Chris a coma was upset about the
incident and climbed a water tower to commit suicide. Fig comes to his rescue.
Ironically Fig ends up being the one to fall from the tower. So now Fig and his
brother are both in the hospital in comas.

Summarize Resolution

The problem is solved because Fig convinced Reggie not to jump because he was
not the tackler that caused Chris's coma. Things got even better when Chris and
Fig both woke up from their coma at the same time. - hooray!

Identify the Point-of-View

Most of this story is in the first person. An example is, Fig says "me" and "he". Fig
refers to other characters as, "he" and "she"

Identify types of Conflicts

This book is a character vs character book and character vs society book. The
reason is the character wrestles with himself on making decisions as well as
having disagreements and dislikes of other characters in this book.

Summarize the Exposition

In this story Fig lives in a town called, Fillmore with his, Dad, Mom and Brother.
His brother is named Chris, his friends are JJ and Cecil. All these people are
important characters in the book. The problem starts when Fig's brother gets a
conclusion in the end zone of the championship football game.

Summarize the Rising Action

Some important things that happened before the climax are ... Fig's brother,
"Chris", is in the championship HS football game against the Memorick Chargers
and he's on the Fillmore Ferrets. When he gets to the end-zone a player crush
tackles him and puts him into the hospital in a coma. The next day is Halloween
and Fig's mom and dad stay at the hospital while Fig dresses up as a super hero
using Chris's hand me downs. When Fig goes trick-or-treat'n with JJ and Cecil they
like his costume and him to wear it to school.

Moral of the story

No matter how young you are you can make a difference in a positive way.
