Publix / Kroger Meal Deals – Aug.

4th
(Kroger sale ends on 8/7) (Publix sale ends on 8/10 or 8/11)
Meal #1: ½ Rotisserie Chicken Pull the chicken off of the bone and tear into
Chicken Pot Pie 2 cans veg-all mix pieces. Save ½ of chicken for meal #3. Mix
1 can cream of chicken soup chicken with all ingredients and top with
Strawberries and 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Cream crescent rolls. Bake uncovered at 350 until
¾ cup chicken broth crust is browned. Serve with Fresh cut
Dash of salt and pepper
strawberries drizzled with creamer for
1 can of crescent rolls
dessert.
½ pkg. Cut Strawberries
1 cup French Vanilla Creamer

Meal #2: ¾ -1 lb. ground beef Brown ground beef and add pasta sauce. Cook

Meal #3: CHEESE SAUCE: Toast bread lightly on both sides, either on top

these items as I find many of these items are cheaper in a Great Value Brand at Walmart (you
probably already have most of these items in your pantry already, especially if you have been
couponing for a while)
Feel Free to substitute side items with something you may already have in stock
Remember, you can choose one, several or all meals from this list. You may have a different stockpile of side dishes
available in your cabinets, so feel free to substitute items. Just remember to cross the corresponding items off of the
shopping list.
