Hardware locks are used by many software vendors. Hardware locks shipped by COADE may have multiple labels. One
label may be a COADE label with the COADE product name. The other label will be a more permanent label found on
most hardware locks. The permanent label will have the ID. If the COADE label is missing from the lock, use the tables
and pictures in this document to identify it as COADE hardware lock.
The NET5, NET10, NET20, NET50, NET250 are network locks and can have up to 5, 10, 20, 50, 250 licenses of all
COADE products.
Do not confuse the color of the USB lock light (normally red or green) with the color of the USB lock shell (body),
which can be either purple, red, or green.
HASP hardware locks were shipped for use with CADWorx from January 1996 to March 2006.
HL hardware locks were first shipped in March 2006 for use with CADWorx. HL hardware lock is only available in USB
form and can be used to license all available COADE products.
AZWIX locks were used by COADE Dealers/Resellers and could run all COADE products. AZWIX locks were
discontinued in December 2005.
