5. Bangladesh Securities Exchange Commission(BSEC),
Bangladesh Bank and other controlling authorities are capable
enough to control the stock market
6. After the 2nd big crash in 2010 the monitoring and controlling of
BSEC, Bangladesh Bank and other controlling authorities are
satisfactory
7. Demutualization can help to enhance the effectiveness of the
operation of capital market of Bangladesh

4. Banks invest in share market depriving the real sectors of
economy
5. Big players dont try to influence the stock market of Bangladesh
illegally
6. BSECs policy and regulations favor the syndicates
7. DSE and CSE are undervalued since 2010 market crash
8. The concerned authorities themselves are mainly responsible for
the two major collapses of the stock market in 1996 and 2010
