1. Q-Naintindihan mo bala nga nagasumpa ikaw nga magsugid sang matuod kag magbinutig o

magsugid sang indi matuod sa sini nga imbestigasyon pwede ka maakusar kag mapreso sa

paghatag sang sala nga testimoniya o deklarasyon, kag pwede maakusar sang Perjury kag ma

preso? (Do you understand that you are under oath and if you give false testimony you may be

held criminally liable for false testimony and perjury?)

pagpatay sa akon utod nga si Gloria Gadot y Wonderwoman. (I am here to give my testimony

and to file a case Ninoy Rodrigo y Marcos alyas Dute, a resident of Brgy. San Lucas, Barotac

Viejo, Iloilo for killing my sister Gloria Gadot y Wonderwoman)

A. Sa Brgy. San Lucas, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo sadtong Hulyo 18, 2016 mga alas 10:50 sang kagab-

ihon (At Brgy. San Lucas, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo on June 18, 2016 at around 10:50 in the evening)

5.Q- Pwede mo bala masaysay kung paano natabo ang amu nga incidente? (Can you narrate if

how the incident happened?)

A- Huo sir, sang Hulyo 18, 2016, mga alas 6 sang gab-e ako kag ang akon utod nga si Gloria yara

sa balay nanday Ninoy bangod kay birthday sang iya (Ninoy) hinablos. Tungod sang kahisa gin

munuhan ni Ninoy nga sipsip kuno ang akon utod sa amun amo. Tungod sini nagbais si Gloria

kag si Ninoy, sang nag init nag gid ang ila pagbinaisay, gin puwag sila sang mga bisita kag sang

nag tawhay na ang sitwasyon nag desisyon na lang kami ni Gloria nga maglakat kag mangape sa

Mila and Bebot bag-o madiretso puli sa balay sang amun amo (Yes sir, on July 18, 2016, at

around 6 pm me and my sister Gloria went to the house of Ninoy because it was the birthday of

his (Ninoy) nephew. Because of envy, Ninoy accosted my sister and told her that she is

obsequious to our employer. Because of this, they had a commotion, when things were starting

to heat up, the other guest tried to pacify the two. After the situation was beginning to cool off,

me and my sister decided to leave the house and head at Mila and Bebot to have some coffee

before proceeding to the house of our employer.

A- Pagkatapos namun pangape, naga lakat na kami ni Gloria pauli kun tane sa balay sang amon

amo, wala kami kabalo nga gin sundan gale kami ni Ninoy. Sang ara na kami sa tunga sang

talamnanan nag lisensya ako kay Gloria nga mahingi ko anay kag nagpalipod-lipod lang ako sa

unhan sa kilid sang kawayanan. (After we finished our coffee, Gloria and I finally decided to

head home, unknowingly, Ninoy was following us. When we were already in the middle of the

rice paddies, I told Gloria that I had to empty my bladder and then I proceeded to do my thing

several meters ahead beside the bamboo grass.)

7. Q- Anu pa gid ang natabo? (What else did happen?)

A. Sang nagapangihi na ako nabatian ko nga daw may naglagpok kag didto nakita ko nga gin labo

ni Ninoy si Gloria. Nakibot gd ako sa akon nakita nga pati akon shorts kag panty naihian ko na.

Nagdali-dali ako magpamatak kag sang nag tindog ako nakita ko ako ni Ninoy. Gin dalaganan ako

ni Ninoy apang wala ya ako madakpan kay nanuhot ako kag nanago sa kawayanan. (While I was

doing my thing, I suddenly heard a loud thud then I saw Ninoy hacked Gloria. I was so shocked

with what I saw that I wet my undergarments. I hurriedly wore my undergarments, and stood

up, it was then that Ninoy saw me. He tried to run after me but he wasnt able to catch me

because I ran and hid behind the bamboo grass.)

8. Q- Pagkatapos ano ang natabo? (What else happened?)

A- Sang wala ako Makita ni Ninoy, nagdalagan na lang siya palayo. Sang malayo na siya, gn

kadtuan ko si Gloria. Nakita ko si Gloria nga ga luko sa lupa kag puno sang dugo. Didto gin

hambalan ako ni Gloria nga gin labo siya ni Ninoy kag gilayon siya nga napatay. (When Ninoy

failed to see me, he ran away. When he was far enough, I went to see Gloria. She was lying on

the ground drenched in her own blood. Then she told me that Ninoy hacked her afterwhich she

died.)

9. Q- pagkatapos ano gin ubra mo? (What did you do next?)

A- Nangayo ako tabang sa balay sa unhan kag didto na nila gin tawagan ang police. (I asked for

help from a nearby house and then they called the police.)

10. Q- Sa subong wala na ako sing madamo pa nga ipamangkot, may ara ka pa bala gusto

ihambal ukon idugang sa sini nga imbestigasyon? (This time, I have no more questions to ask, do

you have something to say or to add in this investigation?)

A- Wala na sir (No more sir)

11. Q- Sugot bala ikaw sa pag pirma sang imo gin pang saysay hilway kag bolontaryo? (Are you

The undersigned Deputy Chief of Police of Pototoy Municipal Police Station, Pototoy Iloilo would
like to file criminal complaint for the crime of MURDER against the persons of DINO A. ILONGGO, 40
years old, MIKA A. NOTES and ANGELO K. SAYASAYA, both 42 years old, temporarily residing
at Brgy. Utog, Pototoy, Iloilo and all residents of Sumpa, Negnose Occidental, Philippines, in
connection with the stabbing incident that took place at about 2:00 in the morning of June 30,
2017 at Sitio Sakang Brgy. Monay, Pototoy, Iloilo. Wherein above-named accused with intent to
kill, conspiring, confederating helping one another did then and there, wilfully, unlawfully,
feloniously stabbed with their provided weapon the persons Procupia B. Lag 48 years old,
Prinses Diana G. Luy 27 years old, Prinsesa Diana g. Luy 11 years old, Angelica G. Luy, 7 years
old, Junkie G. Luy, 1 year old, and residents of Sitio Sakang, Brgy. Monay, Pototoy, Iloilo stabbing
and killing them. Medical certificate herewith attached.

EXTRACT OF POLICE BLOTTER REPORT OF POTOTOY MINICIPAL POLICE STATION

POTOTOY, ILOILO AS OF JULY 1, 2017 10:00 AM WITH ENTRY NR# 1168-7-17

EVENTS/INCIDENTS

INFO: A Telephone call was received by this office from Mr. Eduardo S. Luy at 2:00 in the
morning of July 1, 2017 that there were victims of a stabbing incident at Sitio Sakang Brgy.
Monay Pototoy Iloilo. Immediately PNP team of this station lead by PSI Fang C. Soot., OIC
together with SPO4 Alexander D. Notgreat and POI Barack C. Pangbomba left station to verify
said report.

INFO: in connection to the preceding police blotter entry investigation disclosed that at
about 12:00 in the morning Eduardo S. Luy, a security guard at I will save you from harm
corporation located at Pototoy, Iloilo finished his duty. He then proceeded to a local store to
have some soup, at about 1:00 in the morning he then went to their home at Sitio Sakang Brgy.
Monay, Pototay Iloilo, since Eduardo doesnt have the keys, he tried to call for his wife and
children but after an hour and a half, no one came out to open the gate. He then felt suspicious
as the house and its surroundings were eerily quiet. He decided to climb their fence and peeked
into the window of their house, there inside he saw his mother in law Procupia, lying in the
floor drenched in her own blood and with no under garments, he then preceded to the kitchen
where he saw the door wide open, upon entering he saw his wife Prinsesa lying naked and
lifeless in the floor with several stab wounds and drenched in her own blood, it was then that he
called this police station to inform about the incident. He then went upstairs of their house to
check on his children, there he discovered that the door of the room was locked and he had to
kick the said door to open it. Inside he saw his 3 children Mikaela, Angelie and Junkie dead,
drenched in their own blood with several stab wounds.

Eduardo then went outside of their house to ask for help from his neighbors. Upon
exiting the premises, he saw a puyo-puyo near the fence, upon investigating the contents of
the said bag, he saw a wallet with several IDs and money, in the said bag he also saw 3 plastic
sachets with white substance inside, the other plastic with the same substance was open and
was half empty. He also found a foil and a lighter in the said bag.

Afterwards their next door neighbour, Mang Angsod approached Eduardo and told him
that about 11:00 PM of June 30, 2017 he saw 3 men came out of their house running and acting
suspicious.

Recovered from the crime scene were one (1) puyo-puyo bag, one (1) wallet with 2
identification cards: a drivers licence and voters ID and 120 pesos worth of paper bills in
Philippine currency, two (2) plastic sachets containing a white substance and one (1) plastic
sachet containing the same with substance but was already half empty, one (1) piece aluminium
foil, one (1) lighter, two (2) kitchen knives drenched in blood and one (1) screw driver also
drenched in blood. Hot pursuit operation was still conducted this MPS for possible arrest of the
suspects.
