UNDERSTANDING OF THE PRESENT ILLNESS:

According to this neighbor, they already dont find the client normal. Because if
ever the client is still normal, she wont do or act anything that is beyond the normal
person would do like shouting outside their house, on the street, saying bad words, and
even do wild actions. But whenever the client is calm and not in her manic behavior,
they know that the client took her medicine. In terms of clients family, the neighbor
verbalized that the clients parents were really patient in understanding and caring her.
But the client is really hard headed and dont listen to her parents especially to her
father. The neighbor said that the client and her father are really like the enemies
because the client would really fight back and would not listen if it is already her father
who is scolding or disciplining her. And according to the neighbor, her husband Louel
usually helps the clients parents in disciplining the client especially if the client is
already really combative, because the client listens and obeys her husband. And in
terms of clients pregnancy, the neighbor says no comment every time asked
regarding the clients pregnancy.
