Estas clulas reciben informacin a estmulos nocivos y trmicos.
Reciben conexiones Axosomticas procedentes de la lmina II
Enva Axones contralateralmente formando la va espinotalmica ( A L)
Rica en Sustancia P ( NT excitatorio para Dolor)

Prxima a la lmina I en el pice, tambin denominada Sustancia Gelatinosa, se

encuentra a todo nivel medular.
Recibe estmulos tctiles, trmicos y dolorosos, pero principalmente inputs de vas
descendentes. (NO FORMA VIAS)
Formado Principalmente por neuronas Golgi tipo II
Rica en Sustancia P ( NT excitatorio para Dolor)

Corresponde al Ncleo Propio, el cual existe a todos los niveles

medulares.
Recibe inputs concernientes a Movimiento, Posicin, y discriminacin de
2 puntos, provenientes de la columna dorsal.
Recibe inputs concernientes a Tacto no discriminativo
2 neurona de la Via ETA

Corresponde al Ncleo Reticular, el cual se divide en una zona lateral

y otra medial, excepto en la regin torcica
Esta Capa recibe estmulos viscerales

Lmina mas profunda del cuerno posterior, recibe aferencias

mecnicas de articulaciones y piel en su zona medial y en la lateral
fibras descendentes medulares
Constituye las 2 Neuronas del Tacto ECA

Contiene el Ncleo dorsal o columna nuclear de Clark (region medial),

Se extiende desde C8 hasta L3-L4 (2 neurona ECP)
Interneuronas de RENSHAW o internunciales (zona intermedia)
asociadas a Clulas de gran tamao que se asocian a estmulos
propioceptivos provenientes de husos neuromusculares y rganos
tendinosos (2 Neurona ECP)
Por lateral se ubica el ncleo intermediolateral EVG y por medial el
nucleo intermediomedial o AVG C8 L2,3 Origen SNAS
