Advertisement for the Recruitment of Project Fellow (Temporary)

Applications are invited for the position of Project Fellow (Temporary) in the UGC-SAP-DRS-I sanctioned to
the Department of Instrumentation Engineering, MIT Campus, Anna University, Chennai-44. The details are
given below:

Fellowship Non-GATE: i) Rs.14,000/- per month for initial two years and Rs. 16000/- per
month from third year onwards plus admissible allowances as per the Anna
university norms.
GATE qualified: Rs.16,000/- per month for initial two years and Rs. 18000/-
per month from third year onwards plus admissible allowances as per the Anna
university norms.
Essential Educational UG - Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
Qualifications Or
UG - Instrumentation & Control Engineering
And
PG - Instrumentation Engineering
Or
PG Process Control & Instrumentation Engineering
Or
PG Control & Instrumentation Engineering
With First class in both UG & PG
Additional Mandatory Proficiency in MATLAB & LabVIEW software.
Requirements Ability to interface field Instruments such as sensors and transmitters with
Personal Computer using USB based Data Acquisition cards have to be
demonstrated by the candidate at the time of interview. Prior working
experience in calibration, flow measurement and control are desirable.
