A small burger stand like ͞Angel͛s Burger͟ located along the street of Barangay Paltok

S.F.D.M. Quezon City has only 1 employee being the vendor/cook. It is continuously

running for a year now.

Opens 12 hours daily. From 8:00am to 8:00pm.

The place is well-sanitized. The hospitable employee is required to wear an apron,

hairnet, and vinyl gloves in preparing the sandwiches.

The business͛ capital is worth PhP150, 000 (one hundred fifty thousand pesos) which

includes the rental of the place, electric bills, water bills and the employee͛s monthly

salary, of where the business is being operated. We have to consider also the

equipments to run for this business, such as: the burger griller, refrigerator, ladles,

spatulas, spoons, tongs, tissue papers, plastic bags, sandwich bags, ketchup,

mayonnaise, cheese, the ingredients of the patties, hotdogs, mushrooms, cabbage,

While frying the burger patty, the cook/vendor will get started to heat the

  c ccccThe bread and patty are now ready. The patty is placed into the bread
and all of its ingredients (cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, coleslaw). Then,
put the burger in a sandwich bag.
