Contest Details

1. This Lazada Sellers Best Advice Contest (Contest) is organized by Lazada Malaysia (Lazada).

2. Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. The contest will be held from 19 July 2017 at 6.15 p.m. until 2 August 2017 at 11.59 p.m.

4. To participate in this Contest, you must:

(a) Nominate yourself or someone for the Best Given Seller Advice in the following categories, Sales and
Assortment.

(b) Leave your Advice at the Comments Section on the Lazada Malaysia Seller Community Facebook
Group. Get others to like the Advice.

5. Late Contest entries will not be entertained. Participants may submit multiple Contest entries but only
one Contest entry is entitled to receive a prize.

6. A panel of judges who are the management of Lazada and its affiliates, will in its absolute discretion,
pick two (2) entries based on the most relevant, compelling reasons and likes of their Advices.

7. As a participant, you are solely responsible and liable for your comments made under your name,
username, email address and/or your Facebook profile. Lazada reserves the right to delete or edit, without
notice to you, any posts, comments, entries or content that we deem, in our sole discretion,
inappropriate or in violation of Facebook s terms of use.

Eligibility

8. Each participant must have a valid and existing Facebook account.

10. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Contest:

(a) Employees of Lazada and their respective immediate family members; and

(b) any other parties which are directly involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the Contest.

11. Lazada reserves the right to disqualify any participant in the event that the participant does not
meet the eligibility criteria and/or is ineligible to participate in the Contest.

Notification

12. Winners will be announced on Lazada Malaysia Seller Community Facebook Group on 4 August 2017,
3.00 p.m. (Malaysia time) and the winners are required to send a private message to Lazada Malaysia
Seller Community Facebook Group by 11 August 2017 (Malaysia time) via his/her personal Facebook
account used to participate in this Contest. Thereafter, Lazada will advise the winners on how they can
collect their Prize.
13. Winners are required to provide the following information via Facebook Private Message (PM) for
verification purposes:

i) Full name as per NRIC

ii) NRIC

iii) Contact number

iv) E-mail address

v) Mailing address

14. If the winner does not respond with the information as required by Lazada set out above within the
stipulated time period of 14 calendar days from the date of the Notification, the winner shall be deemed
to have forfeited all rights to the Prize.

15. In the event that a winner is ineligible, disqualified, does not claim the Prize, is un-contactable
for any reason and/or deemed to have forfeited all rights to the Prize, Lazada at its sole discretion may
decide if a replacement winner should be selected.

Prize

16. Each winner will be given:

i) Product Feature on the Lazada Malaysia Facebook Consumer Page 3x weekly

ii) Take charge to discuss FB Seller Communitys topics of your choice

Use of Personal Information of a Participant

17. By entering the Contest, you are deemed to fully and unconditionally agree to and accept the Terms
and Conditions herein and grant Lazada free of charge:

(i) the right and permission to use and publish your Contest entry, name, photo, age and profile provided
to Lazada Malaysia Seller Community Facebook Group or other media for promoting Lazada or its products
or business;

(ii) the right and permission to use, republish, edit and/or modify your Contest entry in any medium; and

(iii) the right to collect, disclose, process and use your name, telephone number, email address and other
personal details for the purpose of administration in relation to the Contest.

General Terms

18. Lazada reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend this Contest without any
liability to you should there be unforeseeable events which in Lazadas absolute opinion may jeopardize
the process of this Contest.
19. If Lazada has any reason to believe your Contest entry is not your own work or otherwise breaches
the Terms and Conditions of this Contest, Lazada may, at its sole and absolute discretion, reject it and
disqualify it without giving reasons.

20. You represent and warrant that your Contest entry, and all information which you submit to Lazada
will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or any other rights or interests of any third party, and
will not contain anything which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing, religious or
threatening. In the event you breach this warranty, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lazada from
and against all proceedings, claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of such breach.

21. Lazada accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities or injury incurred or suffered by you
as a result of entering the Contest or accepting any prize. Lazada further disclaims liability for any injury
or damage to you or any other properties relating to or resulting from your participation in the Contest.

22. Lazada reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of this Contest and substitute the Prize(s)
with item(s) of comparable value(s) at its sole discretion, at any time without prior notice.

23. In the event of disputes regarding the Contest or the Terms and Conditions of the Contest, Lazada
shall have the right to make the final decision.

24. The Terms and Conditions of this Contest shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws
of Malaysia.
