The joint venture company was created in aim to be a multinational

consumer goods company, wherein it will under its umbrella will
develop brands, form brands, create distribution cycles, disseminate
technologies and form the largest pool of consumer pools globally.

Although there are 11 brand units with totally dierent product, which
will operate under the umbrella of AMPLUS, but each will be a separate
unit with their individual ownership and individual investors coming in.

AMPLUS DMD will have stakes in all brand units, plus also charge
marketing and distribution mark-up. Additionally we will also with
NABARD (National Agriculture Bank and Rural Development) create
Farmer Producer Companies, and also with Government of India,
establish seed and fertilizer processing unit which will again supply the
farmers with European quality SEEDS & FERTILIZER and also monitor the
farming with AMPLUS PRODUCER MONITORING technique, and provide
all the companies in umbrella raw materials for quality processing.

 Scenario
Now any investor who comes, they need assistance in
every ground, right from technology, marketing, nancial
planning, government liaisoning, branding, marketing,
back end linkage, front end linkage, operations and also
because it will be a new eld and new arena or larger
extension of his current work with more sophisticated
technology. Every company in the umbrella will need an
advisory- to handhold them, support them, help them
and properly help them right from startup, procurement,
government relations to advance branding, placing
commercial papers and in later stages a successful IPO.
