Making
in Adobe
Illustrator CC
The logo that I was created is called
a Color Registration Mark. In printing
industry it is the process for synchronicity
of four different colors; the CYAN,
MAGENTA, YELLOW, and BLACK.
In order to have an excellence and quality
output, you need to check your Color
Registration Mark.
Open the Adobe Illustrator CC
Application.
After opening the Adobe
Illustrator CC Application,
 go to File Menu,
and click New in the panel.
The New Document form
option.
Enter the specification
of the Document
and click the
OK Button
 The new
Document space
From View Menu, go to Rulers
and click Show Rulers
The Rulers are appeared in
the document.
 Click the Selection Tool
and pick guide in the ruler.
After picking the guide from
Vertical Ruler
go to ( X ) Value in the option
panel.
and in the ( X Value)
type 2 inches.
Click the Enter Key
in the keyboard.
Pick guide in the Horizontal
Ruler of the document.
After picking guide from
the Horizontal Ruler.
Go to ( Y ) Value Menu.
 In the ( Y ) Value Menu
type 2 inches and click enter
Now weve created an imaginary
guide from the X and Y access.
 Deselect the guide by clicking
anywhere in the document using a
Selection Tool.
 Click the
Ellipse Tool.
 Point the cursor
in the intersection point.
 Press Command + Shift
and drag out to make a circle.
 Click the Circle Shape
and go to ( X ) & ( Y ) Value.
 Enter 2 Inches and
click enter in the keyboard.
Click the Color Tool
in the palette.
Type 100% Cyan
and click enter.
100% Cyan are successfully
applied to the Circle Shape.
At the Tool Menu, click the
Rectangular Tool.
After creating a Rectangle
Shape,
go to Color Palette and type
100% color percentage
The new color of the
Rectangular Shape.
In the Edit Menu, click
Copy in the panel.
 After clicking Copy, click
Paste in Place in the panel
Click the Rectangular shape.
In the Window Menu, click
Pathfinder in the panel
The Pathfinders option menu.
Click the Shapes.
Click the Subtract icon.
 The Circle Shape
are successfully subtracted
Click the Rectangular Shape.
Rigth click + Transform
+ Rotate
Type 90 degree in the Angle Menu,
to rotate the rectagular shape.
Click the OK button.
The Rectangular Shape are
now rotated horizontally
Go to Alignment Menu.
Click the Rectagular Shape.
Go to Artboard Alignment.
Click the Virtical Alignment
Bottom.
 The Rectangular Shape
are aligned in the bottom.
Click the Horizontal Align
Center.
 The Rectangular Shape
are aligned virtically at the center bottom
Click the Shapes.
 Click the Intersect icon
to cut the Half Circle Shape.
Duplicate the one fourth of
the Cirlce.
In the Edit Menu click
Copy in the panel.
 After clicking Copy click
Paste in Place in the panel.
Rigth click + Transform
+ Transform Each.
The Transform menu option.
Type 90 degree in the Angle
Menu.
Click the reference point
an the upper right corner.
Click the OK Botton.
The Shape are duplicated
at the rigth side area.
Click the Rigth Shape.
In the Edit Menu click
Copy in the panel.
 After clicking Copy click
Paste in Place in the panel.
Set the Angle to 90 degree
Click the upper left at the
refrence point + click OK.
The shape are successfully
duplicated.
In the Edit Menu click
Copy in the panel.
 After clicking Copy click
Paste in Place in the panel.
Rigth click + Transform
+ Transform Each.
Set the Angle to 90 degree
Click the lower left at the refer-
ence point + click OK
The Shape are successfully
duplicated.
Click the Color Palette.
Click this portion.
Type 100 in the Magenta color
percentage palette.
 Shape are succesfully
changed into color Magenta.
Click this portion.
Type 100 in the Yellow color
percentage palette.
 Shape are succesfully
changed into color Yellow.
Click this portion.
Type 100 in the Black color
percentage palette.
 Shape are succesfully
changed into color Yellow.
The Circle Shape are now
divided into Four Colors.
Click the Line Segment Tool.
Click the Basic Stroke Style.
Click the Stroke Menu
and type 2 pt.
Draw line virtically.
Click Alignment Center.
The Line are virtically aligned.
Click the Line.
In the Edit Menu, click
Copy in the panel
 After clicking Copy, click
Paste in Place in the panel
Rigth click + Transform
+ Rotate.
Type 90 degree in the Angle
Menu.
Click the OK button
The line are turned horizontally.
Now we have done creating
a logo in adobe Illustrator CC
