Hovione is an active pharmaceutical ingredients manufacturer for more than 50 years. I was an
associate engineer in the Design Engineering department, and was actively supporting the Asias
Design Engineering director in different projects (Environmental impact and production expansion). I
managed to be the link between the user area and higher ups, and was responsible for several
technical tasks, such as project conceptualization, mass and energy balances, equipment procurement
and SAP management, project budgeting and timeline issuance.

Manufacturing Trainee (11/2015 08/2016)

Faurecia is a global leader in providing efficient and innovative solutions in the automotive industry. I
have joined Faurecia as a trainee in the manufacturing of flexible polyurethane foams and actively
supported the continuous improvement of the production process. I was responsible for the
implementation and configuration of an anti-error system allied in the production line in order to
significantly reduce the scrap produced. At the end, the revenue of this system, after thorough
parametrization, allowed it to be self-paid in one year after start of production.
