How to Get Rid of Stress

The phenomenon of students under pressure is evident from the behaviour of those students affected.
There are many ways one can get rid of stress.
First of all, exercise is also said to relax the body muscles and keep you calm. Students must have hobbies
such as reading, collecting stamps, fishing or listening to music of your choice. These leisure activities help keep
students free from school-related stress.
Secondly, students should plan a time-table. They can also work in groups to solve some of their
academic problems. Besides making friends and discussing certain issues, group discussions can help improve
study skills.
Students should also have balanced meals and enough sleep. These are said to be basic to healthy lives.
Students, especially those in examination classes, must sleep and eat well because a healthy body creates a healthy
mind. However, the process of going to sleep can sometimes be difficult.
In conlusion, there are many ways to get rid of stress and I hope that this article will be useful for us t

One day, my friends, Ali and Shamsul invited me to go for a picnic at the waterfall. We had just
finished our Mid-year Examination
Along the way, we began to sing few songs. Suddenly, we heard a sound from the front of the
bus. The bus stopped. The driver got out from the bus. It was bad news. The back tyres of the bus were
punctured. The driver told something to all the passengers. He would call for help. It would take a while
to get the tyre changed.
After one hour, there was still no sign of someone would come to the rescue. We asked the
bus driver. He told us to wait a bit longer. There was not any technician available at that moment. We
felt so upset. We decided to walk to the waterfall. It is not far from that place. After thirty minutes
walking, I could hear the sound of the waterfall. We were not far from the waterfall. I told my friends to
walk quicker.
Finally we arrived at the waterfall. I was grateful. We managed to have a picnic at the waterfall.
In the evening, we went back home by taxi. We did not want the same incident happens again. For me,
this journey was very enjoyable and memorable. There were many obstacles that we had to face on
our way to the waterfall. (230 words)

One day, my friends, Ali and Shamsul, who have been my best friends since I
was in Standard One invited me to go for a picnic at the waterfall, which is
situated thirty kilometres from our house. We had just finished our Mid-year
examination, so this is a good opportunity for us to release our stress.
At 7.30 a.m, Ali, Shamsul and I waited at the bus stop near my house. While
we were waiting for the bus to take us to the waterfall, we discussed about what to
do at the waterfall. As soon as the bus arrived, we entered the big, old and rusty
bus, searched for our seats and then, we began to sing few songs, mostly from
our favourite singer, Siti Nurhaliza.
Out of the blue, suddenly, we heard a loud screeching sound from the back
of the bus. The bus swayed to the left and to the right until the bus finally stopped.
Then, the driver instantaneously got out from the bus. The passengers also went
down to have a look. It was bad news for all of us, since the back tyres of the bus
were punctured. The driver told something to all the passengers, that he would call
for help and it would take a while to get the tyre changed.

15
11/7/2017

After one hour of waiting under the hot and sunny weather, there was still no
sign of someone would come to the rescue. Consequently, we asked the bus driver
about it and unfortunately, the lady luck was not on our side as he told us to wait
a bit longer because at that moment, there was not any technician available at that
moment. We felt terribly mad and so upset, therefore, we decided to walk to the
waterfall, which It is not far from that place. After thirty minutes walking, I could hear
the sound of the waterfall and we realized that we were not far from the waterfall.
Thus, I told my friends to walk quicker as fast as lightning towards the waterfall.

Finally, we arrived at the waterfall and I was grateful that we finally managed
to have a picnic at the waterfall. In the evening, we went back home by taxi due to
the reason that we did not want the same incident happens again. For me, this
journey was very enjoyable and memorable, even though there were many obstacles
that we had to face on our way to the waterfall. (411 words)
