Ginataang Alimasag

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup coconut milk (2nd 2 cups malunggay leaves


extraction) 3/4 cups coconut milk
6 medium-sized alimasag (kakang-gata) pure
2 tsps sliced ginger
2 tbsps salt

How to Prepare:

Boil the coconut milk (2nd extraction), alimasag, and ginger.


Season with salt.
Add the malunggay leaves and let boil.
Add the pure coconut milk (kakang-gata). Cook until thick.
Serve hot.
Good for 6 persons.
