00.00. My friend and I had discussion in module 2. We discussed about how to

start the burner if the pressure of boiler reach 55 kg/cm2.
02.00. The level glass steam drum Boiler no. 21 leaked and operator took action
by shut off the level glass valve.
03.00. we went to the boiler no 23 to light the burner number 1,2 and 4,6.
Following how to light the rest burner
a. Make sure the pressure of boiler reach 55 kg/cm2, and temperature
400 0C
b. Then switch the burner management system of the burner that we
want to light to auto position to run the logic
c. Go to the burner that we want to licght
d. Make sure air register close
e. Press light the burner
f. Open the safety shut off valve
g. Then open manually supervisory valve
h. Set the fire by opening slowly the air register
04.00. we went to plant 36 to discuss what we had done in boiler

a. how to set manually the boiler
b. then move it base load
c. then to auto mode
