AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, JENEROSE D. GENECILA, Filipino, of legal age, married,

and a resident of 5858 Pelaez Street, San Dionisio, Paraaque
City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
depose and state:

1. I am the private complainant in an administrative case

for Grave Misconduct against SPO2 Elmore Diaz Dueno
docketed as ADMIN CASE NO. IAS 15 - 182 before the Internal
Affairs Service, Camp Crame, Quezon City;

2. That after thorough deliberation with the accused and

careful examination of the incident that transpired on the evening
of February 6, 2014 in the City of Hinigaran, I have come to
realize that everything that happened was just a
misunderstanding between me and accused SPO2 Elmore Diaz
Dueno;

3. Since I could not state with certainty and without doubt

the liability of the accused, I feel it just and reasonable to
withdraw my complaint against him and to clear the latter of
whatever responsibility or liability to me.

4. In view of the foregoing, I finally manifest that I now

completely and absolutely exonerate the accused, SPO2 Elmore
Diaz Dueno from any liability in connection with the above-
mentioned administrative case and that I am no longer
interested, and I hereby desist, in prosecuting the said
administrative case.

5. That I execute this Affidavit of Desistance so that the

above-mentioned administrative case be immediately dismissed
and considered finally closed;
 6. As such, I respectfully pray that the aforementioned
case against the Accused SPO2 Elmore Diaz Dueno be
dismissed and finally closed.
