POSITION TITLE: SALES CONSULTANT ( CALL CENTER )

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reports to:

Deputy Manager
Supervisors
CEO
Account Client

Job objectives and purpose: Resolving customers concern and making sure that they
getting the value of what theyre paying for.

Job summary: Sales Consultant will offer customer a plans/products based on their
needs. And answer any question about the product that the customer might have.

Duties:

Review customers account if about a billing question.


Check account if there are system triggers and ask discovery questions to get
verbal triggers.
Must understand the product benefit and advantages.
Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures.
Follows up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with the product.
Uses the internet to push product to a given target market.
Monitoring the situation of the market, ups and down.
Complete understanding about the product.
