Honorable all teachers and to all my beloved friends. On this occasion, i would like to say a few
words may be useful for us.

Ladies and Gentlemen, talk about education, we can not separate from the moral and behavioral
problems, in which we apply science and we say in public life accepted by society. Ladies and
gentlemen, to talk about science, not merely we are only talking about math, biology, physics,
English and so on. Behavior, morals and morality, they are important to be primary focus of
education improvement.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

In recent years, our country received the title of most corrupt countries in the world. We got to
rank fifth in the world as the most corrupt. This is of course due to unscrupulous actions by
officials in our country. Unscrupulous problems like this is to us, educators make a benchmark
advancing education in Indonesia. If the politicians with authority in government have no enough
moral, it could be questioned how the teachers educated them. From this problem, ladies and
gentlemen of teachers, we see how subtantial moral education for young generation today.

The young generation as teachers object of education are the future leaders. The success of
education determines the fate of our nation in the future. Education which provides a strong
personal character, nationalism, honesty, discipline, trustworthy, creativeness, politeness, and
responsibility brings young people to become high moral standard leaders. As it turns out, moral
character education is not only taught through religious education. Four aspects, namely
education, Spiritual Intelligence (SQ), intelligence quotient (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ),
and social intelligence (SOQ) should be taught in all subjects. We, the teachers, have to rack our
brain to how we teach material that contains four aspects.

The purpose of the moral and character education is to develop a religious culture. Making the
religion values a habit that is embedded into the heart of every Indonesian citizen. And make the
values of Pancasila which was created by the founders of the nation, the character through
education by heart, brain and physical. It is to train responsibility of each youth and instill
leadership, Forming independent attitude, creative, and insightful nationality, and well mannered.

Ladies and gentlemen, it is not difficult to implement education and moral character. In everyday
life, we have often instill character education to our children. Not littering, not allowed to lie,
wash hands before eating, are small examples of character education in the family. Ladies and
gentlemen, if we notice, character education turned out to be a lot more done in elementary
schools. In elementary school, teachers are more consistent in character formation of the
students. Such as implementing class picket, not allowed to litter, not to be late, praying before
learning and going home are the small things that make up the character of the students.
Unfortunately, in junior high school and above these things begin to deny by the teachers. We do
not consistent in character formation of students. Such these things, in turn create good manners
so as to form the character of the young generation. With the character education on campus is
expected to form creative and highly competitive tourism people. To be able to compete in
domestic and abroad

Therefore, let us rebuild the character and moral education for the young generation of the nation
so that our country has future generations with morality and good personality.

Thats all that i can present about the important of characterized education for teenagers. Im so
sorry in this speech if there are many mistakes.
