Origin of the Report:
Formal business report writing is a mandatory requirement of the Financial Analysis and
Reporting course of the BBA program. This report was assigned to give the students a better
understanding of their studied theories and real life application of it.

Objectives

To know different types of short term loan.

To know assessment of risk.
To know procedure to get loan,
To know assets that put on as collateral.
To enhance our subject knowledge.

Methodology

To collect data for this report I selected a company. I selected Legacy Footwear Ltd. I
interacted with high ranking officials to collect about working capital financing. Apart from
this I also took the help of internet.

Scope of the Report:

This report analyses the working capital loan financed by SEB.

This report uses various tables & charts to represent the condition of SEB.

Limitations of the Report:

Research work is very much comprehensive. It is an accumulation of both information and
creative thinking. It requires a great effort and long sound planning to make a report. It is true
that I got help from many highly qualified people. But still I faced some problem. As I am
really new in this field; I felt lack of experience in every stage of our work. And there was not
enough time for this project. But I tried my level best to overcome this. I tried to present the
data available accurately. Still there might be some problems with the presented data & my
interpretation. But all these errors are totally unintentional. At the end I am very happy to
present this report to the readers and its success will depend on the positive response of the
readers.

Name of company Legacy Footwear Limited. It was incorporated on July 23,

1996 under companies Act 1994. The company was listed in
SEC in the month of November 1999.
Nature of business The company owns and operates a 100% export oriented
leather footwear manufacturing unit and intends to sell its
products in international market.
Joint venture The joint venture of the company is ENGENARIA, P.E.
MADERIA, S.A RUA DOS MURCAS, 689000 FUNCHAL
PORTUGAL.
Tax rate 18.75%
