Supervised the migration of the companys data from legacy CRM and ERP databases to the
current Galaxy ERP/CRM system by Singular Logic. I also organized seminars to train the
companys employees in the use of the new system and worked with the heads of each de-
partment individually to assess their specific needs from the new system and liaised with the
manufacturers representatives to create specialized subroutines to fit those needs.
During the same period I worked closely with the companys vice-president to translate product
catalogues and instruction manuals for new products from English to Greek and update the
companys website with the relevant information.

two chief investigators I wrote a report of my findings and gave a talk presenting them to the
members of the group. I also helped draft a successful proposal for an EPSRC Platform Grant
providing future funding for the group.

This job entailed working with the companys ERP database system, printing the invoices for all
the orders and ensuring that they were attached to the correct order. I was also filing receipts
and invoices appropriately according to tax legislation. This job enabled me to broaden my
understanding of the way a small company works, and offered me an introduction to microeco-
nomics, as well as the use of professional databases.

Eleftheropaidia (Award winning student paper)
In my second year in high school I was elected Chief Editor of the Eleftheropaidia paper to
which I regularly contributed. I was responsible for approving assignments for the various
student contributors and editing the contributed articles; organizing educational excursions and
seminars for the members of the paper and working closely with an external graphic designer
to design the layout of each issue.

European Parliament, Strasbourg France
After an essay competition I was amongst 30 students selected to represent Greece in the
Euroscola programme in the EU parliament. I participated in the committee discussing the topic
Enhancement of Europe: How can your country contribute in the establishment of Europe in
the world. I later took part in the plenary session of the parliament, where I successfully
defended the proposals of my committee and discussed and voted on the proposals of the other
committees. This experience enabled me to gain confidence in addressing large audiences,
strengthened my understanding of the way in which European institutions work, and helped me
to develop indispensable debating and presentation skills.

Organisational / managerial skills During the System Design Project in 2014 I drafted the process diagram mapping the goals

As editor in chief of my school newspaper I was in charge of around 30 student journalist and
a budget of C1500 collected yearly from the sales of the paper as well as donations which I
helped solicit.
