To see if the Town will amend the Zoning Bylaw by:

(a) InsertingintoSection11.0,inappropriatealphabeticalorder,thefollowing:

MarijuanaEstablishment:Amarijuanacultivator,marijuanatestingfacility,
marijuanaproductmanufacturer,marijuanaretailer,oranyothertypeof
marijuanarelatedbusiness,whetherasaprincipaluse,orasanaccessoryor
incidentalusethereto,subjecttoregulationunderChapter94Gofthe
MassachusettsGeneralLaws;provided,however,thataRegisteredMedical
MarijuanaDispensaryshallnotbedeemedtobeaMarijuanaEstablishment.

(b) By inserting into Part D of the Table of Uses in Section 3.1, after 23. For Profit
Educational Facility, the following:
