MINNEAPOLIS MN POLICE SHOOTING OF DAMOND 07/21/2017

Heres a comment from a friend of a friend of mine, that lived in the neighborhood of this
shooting

I know this neighborhood, having owned a house just two or three doors away from this tragic
shooting. I lived there for many years, but did not know Damond or her fianc.

Officer Noor has gone to ground, and the silence is deafening. Without any news, concerned
citizens are more and more curious. Some new points to consider.

1. There are five police precincts in Minneapolis. This area, the Southwest part of the city, is
considered the creampuff precinct, served normally by officers that have seniority. It is the easiest
and safest part of the city. I find it a thin excuse when I read that the officers feared this call
as a potential ambush.

2. The fallout of this shooting may be profound. This neighborhood is very wealthy, with
owner-occupied homes listing at half a million and higher. The population, largely modern liberals
(read: Progressives) who are unlikely to even know a Republican, reflexively vote for higher taxes
and more regulation at every turn. They are pro-big government. And they are blithely unaware of
how the real world works: i.e. the corruption of politicians, the harm that democratic policies cause,
nor they do recognize their naive smugness. Many have BLM signs in their yards and rainbow
posters indicating that "All are welcome here," Sunshine and unicorns, in this happy valley.

But this shooting challenges the narrative that they have long believed. Do they recognize the
inconvenient facts?

These are people who wave at police officers, while walking their dogs and toddlers home after
visiting the ice cream store. Will that friendliness dissipate? They reflexively trust authority. Will
they begin to turn from blind trust, and will this harm the relationship between police and the
community? It's going to have a much larger impact than just a routine shooting. Will the
neighborhood start questioning the politicians and policies they have long supported as
Democratic donors?

3. At first, I set aside the previous complaint against Noor for when he gripped a women too
hard by the arm. She was having a psychotic episode and may have required restraint in order to
get the situation under control. If this was any other cop, I'd say that is the most likely situation and
not blame the officer. But when considering that Noor came from a country and culture that upheld
Sharia law and that she was in her pajamas, perhaps it could be true that he judged her as a
whore and infidel. When we lived in the City, Somalis in Minneapolis would hiss and spit at my wife
(also blonde) when passing on the sidewalk and their children were allowed to throw stones into
our yard because she didn't wear a burka and we weren't Muslims. Somalis are taught that women
who don't wear burkas or abayas are certainly prostitutes. We just don't know what Noor
thought. But we know how he was raised.

4. My guess from reading the reports in foreign papers (not our own) is that Noor was jumpy and
prone to outbursts. So said his neighbor, as reported by the UK's Daily Mail. Hmmm.

5. Finally, much of the crosstalk between the mayor's office and the Police Chief's spokesman is
due to Mayor Hodges ongoing feud with Chief Harteau. Harteau is a lesbian, who is still on a
previously-scheduled trip to be married to her partner. The local paper takes great pains to keep
the reason for her absence hidden, but this omission only causes more to question her absence at
this difficult time. The mayor, another dim bulb from the ranks of the city council, is taking pot shots
where she can. They are both unequal to their jobs. As a conservative, I don't care if Harteau is a
lesbian, but am convinced hers was an affirmative action promotion, rather than one based on her
skill. I have heard she's held her lesbianism as a club over the heads of those deciding on
promotions throughout her career and has threatened a lawsuit each time. Mayor Hodges is just a
climbing hack. Hodges is attempting to use this for political advantage in the coming mayoral
election as a sitting mayor, she didnt secure the Dems endorsement, in an all-Democrat city.

Subject: FW: Somali Muslim Cop Kills...., Then His Sick Secret Comes Out

In addition to the suspicious conduct of a rookie cop shooting an innocent woman, theres a very
suspicious situation with the continued absence of the Minneapolis Police Chief (Janee Harteau
Mpls first openly gay police chief and not well respected by the rank and file). Her staff is covering
something up -- they keep reporting that shes out of town on a previously scheduled trip!? A killing
by one of her officers, isnt important enough to return to town, immediately?! She has a long trail
of crooked actions in her past, such as overriding one of her officers to approve a liquor license to
a restaurant, owned by someone with a criminal past, so she could hold her wedding reception
She also moved up the ranks within the police department, by threatening a number of lawsuits
whenever she wanted a promotion -- at least three times, because shes gay

Somali Muslim Cop Kills Pretty Yoga Teacher In

Cold Blood, Then His Sick Secret Comes Out

After shooting Justine Damond (right) for no apparent reason, Mohamed Noors (left) disturbing
secret was exposed.

When a yoga instructor and bride-to-be called the police to investigate a sexual assault that she
witnessed, she was greeted by the precincts first Somali-American officer. After the cop gunned
the woman down for no apparent reason, the disturbing secret he was hiding came out and it
blows the case wide-open.

Liberals were elated when Mohamed Noor gained the privilege of being the first Muslim Somali-
American officer employed at the Fifth Precinct in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Of course, just as
Barack Obama being the first black president doesnt imply any sort of qualification to do his job,
Noors exaltation was heavily misplaced. Now, the rookie cop likely has a murder under his belt.
Still, this isnt the only blemish on his incredibly short record.

When yoga instructor and spiritual guru Justine Damond, who left Australia for the U.S., called the
police to report a sexual assault behind her property on Saturday night, she didnt expect to be the
one on the wrong end of a service pistol. While speaking with Noors partner through the window of
the squad car, Noor, who was sitting in the passenger seat, drew his sidearm and fired several
rounds through the window at 40-year-old Damond, killing her almost instantly in front of her
stunned fianc, according to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune.

Authorities confirmed on Monday that Noor and his partner had deliberately left their body
cameras off, which were to remain on at all times during duty. However, perhaps the most
disturbing aspect of this case is that when Noor shot Damond, he was still under investigation
for 2 other serious complaints, 1 of which involved alleged assault and battery of another
Minnesota woman. Additionally, 3 separate complaints were filed against Noor in just 2
years, including a pending lawsuit and a closed complaint that has been marked not to be made
public, Daily Mail reports.

imprisonment. (Photo source: Huffington Post, Heavy)

Despite being continually celebrated by Minneapolis Mayor Betsy Hodges and the local Somali
community, Noor was under an investigation for assault and battery and false imprisonment after
violently forcing a woman into detention at a hospital. The woman, whose family claims has
mental health problems, had called 911 to report an unknown male suspect who had trespassed
on her property and was smoking marijuana. A physician conducted an evaluation and ordered her
release from detainment just 1 hour after Noor had hauled her into the hospital.

Disturbingly, Mayor Hodges, who has repeatedly praised Noor because of his minority status,
appears to be intervening on his behalf. On Monday, Hodges took to Facebook to frantically
demand answers into the investigation on Noor, saying, I want to be sure we get this right. Noor
was immediately placed on administrative leave following the shooting.

Noors attorney, Tom Plunkett, issued a propagated statement on his clients behalf, painting the
possible killer as the true victim and a caring person. Damonds family, on the other hand, still
hasnt received any answers concerning the womans suspicious death.

Not only does Noor hail from a country that condones the subjugation of women and religious
minorities, he adheres to a religion that demands it. While the Quran explicitly orders men to force
women to cover themselves and beat them if they even fear disobedience, over 100 passages
command hatred and violence toward non-Muslims. While the useful idiots on the left will parrot the
rhetorical claim that these scriptures, all 109, are being taken out of context, Allah explained that
until Islam is the only religion, Muslims are in a physical war with non-Muslims.

The left was so concerned with diversity and the color of Noors skin that they refused to examine
his content of character. Somalia is currently ranked sixth in the most dangerous countries in the
world. Of course, Islam has been the most dangerous religion since its establishment. In just over
1,400 years, Muslims have slaughtered more than 270 million non-Muslims and thats just the
low estimation. How many more people must be killed at the hands of Muslims before we
recognize that their motivation comes from their religions commands to kill?
