Scope of Work of Raychem H2 Plant Rectifier

Heading: Servicing/Repair of Raychem make Rectifier

1. M/s Raychem service Engineer will visit for service/repairing of 2nos of Rectifier installed at our
H2 plant and list out its punch points.
2. M/s Raychem Service engineer shall rectify defects.
3. M/s Raychem Service engineer will ensure the healthiness of main Transformer,
Rectifier assembly, filter choke, controller, firing card 105DJ1, pulse card118B etc.
4. M/s Raychem Service engineer will review all the protection and operational setting.
5. M/s Raychem Service engineer will provide on job training of our Engineer for
troubleshooting and card related issues.
6. M/s Raychem RPG will submit the detail report after visit.
7. There are cooling problem in both Rectifier panels from commissioning so M/s Raychem
Service engineer will provide appropriate solution for that.
