GRAVIELECTROMAGNETIC THEORY

I wish to begin the explanation of my research work mentioning the address made by Dr. Ferid Murad in 1998 when he
was awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine.

"By exploring ideas that seem incredible, we call it creativity, discovery. One could say that some of it is intelligence, bu t
sometimes it is madness. One has to dream and wonder if an idea is possible, and if I thinks it is, one has to try it out
and prove it. That's the Excitement of Science. Take a concept that no one else has, believe it will work and discover
how to do the experiment to prove that it effectively serves. Then you get the answer and you know that you are the only
person in the world that you know. That's exciting, because you expect that information to help people".

From a young age I was moved by the way so many innocent people in the world often lost their lives as a result of
earthquakes. This circumstance was what induced me to venture to the beginning of the eighties, to a very different field
of research in which I am professionally trained, I must inform you that I am an electrical engineer with a specialization
in electrical power systems.

Before retiring from the Venezuelan oil industry in 2012, he had sent various scientific institutions around the world, the
first and surprising results obtained in my research, where I explained scientifically, the way of knowing which forces
originated the displacement of the tectonic plates, and the way of knowing in advance and with great assertiveness,
when the conditions were present for these natural phenomena to occur.

As has happened throughout history where many of the great discoveries have been unexpected, in my case it was no
different, because on October 23, 1980 during the Full Moon phase, at the time when I was on the banks of an estuary
known as San Juan, very close to Caripito my hometown located north of the Monagas State in Venezuela, a powerful
seismic movement suddenly occurred in the Gulf of Paria in northeastern Venezuela and about a hundred ki lometers
from the place where I found, whose intensity of 4.2 degrees on the Richter scale was recorded by seismographs near
the epicenter.

By coincidence when the earthquake recorded the waters in the Estuary San Juan had reached its maximum level (4.5
meters), after about three hours of having started the live tide. In other words in such a short time, the tidal currents had
managed to displace about 200 million cubic meters of water from the Atlantic Ocean, completely flooded the channel of
that estuary, whose length to the Gulf of Paria where it ends is about 104 kilometers, with an average width of 400
meters and about 6 meters deep, although in some places in its route reaches depths greater than 10 meters.

To geographically locate the reader I must point out that the Gulf of Paria, is delimited by the Venezuelan east coast and
the island of Trinidad, covering an area of approximately 7,800 square kilometers, very close to the Tectonic Plate of
the Caribbean and a series of faults as the Tectonic Fault of El Pilar This gulf has two access to the sea, the first one
called Dragon 's mouth that communicates directly with the Caribbean Sea, which is located between the Peninsula of
Paria of Venezuela and the west coast of Trinidad, while the communication with the Atlantic Ocean is through Serpent
Mouth located between the Orinoco Delta of Venezuela and the South zone of Trinidad. After a few months of that
unusual event that I had to witness, the idea of correlating the tides with the earthquakes had not yet arisen in my mind,
which often happen around the Gulf of Paria.

The first time I was curious to investigate these natural phenomena, was the day I attended a conference, whose topic
to be discussed was the seismicity in Venezuela. The conference that was developing normally suddenly gave an
unexpected twist, when the speaker mentioned that the region with the highest seismic dynamics of my country was the
Gulf of Paria and its surrounding, It was observed that the seismic dynamics increased notably in the region, when by its
proximity the hurricanes moved, then I get the idea and immediately start the investigation.

The first thing I did was to obtain the Tide Table for that region in which they appear registered with their respective
dates, the types of tides that daily occur in the Gulf of Paria, the hours in which they occur and the heights that reach the
levels of the waters. In parallel, locate the data with the record of earthquakes that had taken place in the region under
study, and correlate them. What I observed was surprising because of the coincidence that existed between
earthquakes and the living tides, which occur during the phases of Full Moon and New Moon, being the most
pronounced of each month, denominated in marine terms as "Living Tides", each time these occur the water level
exceeds by more than 20%, the levels of the remaining ones that are given in the month.

With this data and the information obtained during the conference, I deduced that the increase in seismicity in the region
during hurricanes was due to the fact that, the volumes of water deposited in the Gulf of Paria increased significantly. In
order to find a logical explanation for what I was beginning to imagine, I proceeded to review the available literature on
the design of hydroelectric dams, where one of the most important variables analyzed during the development of
engineering is the seismicity of the region where they are built, then I deduced that when the levels of the waters in the
Gulf of Paria reach their maximum levels, this gulf behaves like an immense dam for about twenty minutes, before the
waters begin to return to the ocean.

From that moment and having the preliminary information initiate the investigations, applying known physical principles
and laws. At first, assign to the study the name of GRAVISISMIC THEORY , because he wanted to demonstrate how
one of the fundamental forces that govern nature as is the Gravitational Force, originated the movement of the plates
and tectonic faults. With the correlation that I established between the tides and the seismic dynamics of the region, I
could then create hypotheses. One of these first hypotheses was, that the influence of the gravitational forces exerted
between the Sun, the Earth and the Moon, did not always directly originate the seismic movements, since these
occurred by the forces of compression that exerted on the seabed, the accumulation of immense volumes of water
displaced by tidal currents.

And to demonstrate and support the veracity of my observations, I employ the postulates of classical physics, that
centuries before had established Isaac Newton as they are: First law of inertia, "Every body perseveres in its state of
rest or uniform and rectilinear movement unless it is forced to change its state by forces imprinted upon it. Second law
or fundamental law of dynamics, "The change of motion is directly proportional to the printed driving force and occurs
along the straight line along which that force is printed. Third law or principle of action and reaction, "With every action
there is always an equal and opposite reaction".

With the application of these three laws it now had the scientific framework to demonstrate how gravitational forces
contributed directly and indirectly to the occurrence of seismic movements in the Gulf of Paria, I had only to explain the
way this force manifested, applying for principles of hydrostatics to determine the variation of the compressive forces
originating on the seabed of the gulf during periods of live tides. I did some calculations to know the additional volume
and weight of water which entered the Gulf of Paria during the tides. Considering the density of sea water (1,027 gm /
cm3), the area of this gulf of 780 square kilometers and an average height of 1 meter above the normal, as a result I
obtained that the additional weight to which the seabed is subjected in that region during live tides is impressive, about
800,000 million tons.

During the following years I was following the behavior of the seismicity of the region, and I could observe that in
addition to the probability of earthquakes occurring during the phases of Full Moon and New Moon, there were other
propitious moments for the appearance of these natural phenomena, these were: During the eclipse of Sun and Moon
and when the Moon was in its Perigee position relative to Earth. When I had decided to finish the study a new
element of investigation emerged , so I expanded the pre-established postulated.

In November of 1992 the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) carried out a mission with the shuttle
Atlantis, which would hold in space a satellite with a rope about 20 kilometers, composed of fibers of copper wire
reinforced with a material called keilar, the objective was to obtain electricity from the electromagnetic belts that
surround Earth, unfortunately at the time of deploying the instrument, problems arose and could only extend 256 meters
of rope, even so in the two hours that the experiment lasted they could store about 50 kilowatts.

When the experiment was being conducted it was around seven in the evening in Venezuela, and from the place where
I found it can observe in the firmament a small incandescent white line moving at high speed until it disappeared into the
horizon. The strange appearance of that luminous object in space led me to investigate its origin through various means
of information, until at last I got the desired information, I never imagined that this experiment by NASA would lead me
to rephrase the theory that I had formulated years ago, GRAVISISMIC THEORY to explain the origin of the forces
that cause the displacement of the plates and tectonic faults, whose consequences are seismic movements and
earthquakes.

The difference with the first studies that I did was, that the new researches to develop were of the field of
electromagnetic my specialty. One of the first studies that realized is the relative to the origin of the magnetic field of t he
Earth, in that sense, to review many of the theories that had been formulated in this regard, subsequently document me
about the Earth's core, and its magnetic field. It is important to note that until that moment the new research that had
begun to develop, had nothing to do with my original work on earthquakes. I began then to make an analysis in
retrospect, to determine the origin of the Earth's magnetic field according to the experiment conducted by NASA.

When I analyze the phenomenon I established as premise that the magnetic field of that the Earth's magnetic field must
comply with the postulates established by physicists Michael Faraday in 1831 and Heinrich Lenz in 1833. While
Faraday argued that electromagnetic induction is the phenomenon that originates the production of an electromotive
force in a medium or body exposed to a variable magnetic field, or in a moving medium with respect to a non-uniform
static magnetic field, so if the body is a conductor of electricity, an induced current is produced and the magnitude of the
induced voltage is proportional to the variation of the magnetic flux. On the other hand Heinrich Lenz verified that the
current due to the induced electromagnetic force was opposed to the change of magnetic flux, s o that the current tends
to maintain the flow. This holds true for the case where the flux intensity changes, or the conducting body moves relative
to it.
In this section of my work, I would like to apologize to so many researchers who have so far tried to explain in various
ways the origin of the Earth's magnetic field, And I have decided to do it because I am going to introduce a novel way of
explaining it, not without first reviewing the postulates established by physicists as Curie - Weiss and Stoner, who
maintained that the material with which it is made the core of the Earth must be magnetically hard materials, difficult to
magnetize and demagnetize, its hysteresis cycle is wide with high coercive forces, high magnetic induction, and are
magnetized when they are within the influence of an intense magnetic field.

To complement the new hypothesis that I intend to introduce, I want to point out that it is believed that the core of the
Earth is made up of a liquid outer core and a solid inner core. It is the central sphere, and the innermost of which
constitute the structure of the Earth. It consists mainly of iron, with 5 - 10% nickel and smaller amounts of lighter
elements, such as sulfur and oxygen, although other previously unknown ferromagnetic materials may be present. The
radius of the core of the Earth is about 3,500 kilometers, greater than the planet Mars and represents 60% of the mass
of the Earth. The pressure inside it is millions of times the pressure on the Earth's surface and the temperature is
6,700 C.

The other element that I intend to introduce has to do with the area in the space known as the heliosphere, w here the
magnetic field of the Sun has influences, which extends far beyond the planet Pluto. The average of this field is 1
Gauss, almost twice as strong as the magnetic field of the Earth's surface, which is approximately 0.5 Gauss. Because
the surface of the Sun is more than 12,000 times larger than Earth, the general influence of the Sun's magnetic field is
immensely large.

Finally I must mention the movements of rotation and translation of the Earth, the first of them is performed by the Earth
on its Earth's axis lasts about 23 hours, 56 minutes and 4.1 seconds is called sidereal day. Taking as reference the Sun,
the same meridian passes in front of our star every 24 hours, called solar day. The 3 minutes and 56 seconds difference
are due to the fact that in that time period the Earth has advanced in its orbit, and should turn slightly more than a
sidereal day to complete a solar day. As far as the translation movement is concerned, the Earth rotates in an elliptical
orbit around the Sun in 365 days and just under 6 hours, the movement it describes is an elliptical trajectory of 930
million kilometers, at an average distance from the Sun of approximately 150 million kilometers or 1 astronomical unit
(149,597,871 km), so it follows that the Earth travels by orbit at an average speed of 106,200 km / h (29,5 km / s).

The Sun occupies one of the foci of the ellipse and, due to the eccentricity of its orbit, the distance between the Sun and
the Earth varies throughout the year. In the first days of January the maximum proximity to the Sun is reached,
producing perihelion, when the distance is 147.5 million kilometers, while in the first days of July the maximum distance
is reached, called aphelion, when the distance is 152.6 million kilometers. It is important to highlight what Johannes
Kepler maintained in the three laws that he established to describe mathematically the movements of the pl anets in their
orbits around the Sun, when he pointed out, the Law of Areas is equivalent to the constancy of angular momentum,
that is, when the planet is farthest from the sun (aphelion) its velocity is less than when it is close to the sun (perihelion ).
During aphelion and perihelion, angular momentum is the product of the mass of the planet, its velocity and its distances
to the center of the sun. This variation of the speed of translation of the Earth around the Sun allows me to explain my
new theory of how the Earth's magnetic field originates, and the way the movement of the plates and tectonic faults, that
in the end originate the seismic movements and earthquakes.

Applying then the electromagnetic laws established by Michael Faraday and Heinrich Lenz, it is logical to maintain that
when the Earth moves in its movement of translation around the Sun, it does so at variable speeds according to the
laws of Johannes Kepler, crossing the lines of flux of the magnetic field of the Sun, reason why in the nucleus of its
interior constituted mainly by ferromagnetic materials, enormous induced electromagnetic forces must be generated and
consequently high induced currents.

To know the effect of induced currents in the Earth's core, it is necessary to resort to the postulates established by
physicists James Prescott Joule and Leon Foucault. While Joule established the "Joule Effect" or reversible
phenomenon by which if in a conductor circulates electric current, part of the kinetic energy of the electrons is
transformed into heat due to the shocks they suffer with the atoms of the conductive material through which they
circulate, increasing the temperature of the same, Foucault argued that when a driver crossed a variable magnetic field
or vice versa, parasitic currents were produced also known as "Eddy Currents", these currents create energy losses
through the "Joule Effect", more concretely, these currents transform useful forms of energy, such as kinetics, into
unwanted heat.

Then using the principles and laws established by the recognized physicists already mentioned, I can then claim that the
Earth's magnetic field is induced by the magnetic field of the Sun, and occurs when the Earth moves around the Sun at
variable speeds, its ferromagnetic core traverses the lines of flux of the magnetic field of the Sun, Inducing in this an
induced electromotive force and therefore an induced current, which when not being able to gener ate work is
transformed mainly in heat. But there is another moment when the magnetic field of the Sun falls on the electromotive
and current forces induced in the Earth's core, which occurs when the solar storms that cause the magnetic field of the
Sun to change.

In conclusion, the immense heat produced in the Earth's core is transferred to the Earth's mantle, which expands and
presses the mantle causing the movement of the plates and tectonic faults . This sequence of natural phenomena is
the second cause that gives rise to seismic movements and earthquakes. Fortunately nature has been benevolent with
the Earth and has endowed with volcanoes strategically scattered on its surfaces, which act as relief valves when the
high pressures generated by the heat produced can not be released by the movement of the tectonic plates.
This research work which I have entitled, "GRAVIELECTROMAGNETIC THEORY", not only has allowed me to
establish a logical explanation of the origin of the induced magnetic field of the Earth, but also to determine how two of
the four fundamental forces that govern nature, are the cause of seismic movements and earthquakes in the Gulf of
Paria and its environs in Venezuela, whose reasonably explained results could be applied anywhere else in the world
with high seismic dynamics such as Japan, Chile, los Angeles, among others.

SUGGESTIONS: To know in advance when the conditions for these natural phenomena such as seismic movements
and earthquakes are given, I suggest using the following measuring equipment.

Magnetometers

Mareographers

Limnigrafos

Remote sensing

Corrosimeters

These equipments must be connected satellite to be able to dispose in real time any anomaly or variation that is
observed in the level of the sea or in the magnetic field of the Earth.

It is important to note that seismic movements can occur either by separate influence of gravitational and
electromagnetic forces, or when these two forces coincide, when this latter condition occurs, earthquakes are most
likely to occur.

Finally, I inform you that before, during or after the total solar eclipse occurs on August 21, 2017, I will test the theory,
"GRAVIELECTROMAGNETIC THEORY", which I have developed. Around that date the seismic dynamics in the world
will increase substantially, with a larger number of earthquakes with magnitudes higher than 4 degrees on the Richten
scale. I recommend following up on the reports issued by the organization Incorporated Research Seismology
Institutions (IRIS) on the aforementioned date.

As a fervent follower of the researches done by Albert Einstein, I dedicate this work in his honor, being one of the men
of sciences of greater relevance that has existed in the world, that could demonstrate his Theory of the Relativity
through an eclipse occurred on May 29, 1919
