3- Project timeline

Students can work alone and check in pairs. Although there is no single correct way to label the timeline (this will
be dependent on the individual project), the conception, green light, deployment and sign-off stages will appear
at the beginning and end of the timeline. During a one-to-one online lesson, you can use an online collaborative
whiteboard tool such Twiddla.com.

1. c 2. e 3. a 4. b 5. f 6. d

The final part of the exercise can be done as a pair work activity. Students ask and answer the questions about
their projects, take notes and then present the findings to the rest of the class. Alternatively, this can be done as a
group activity -- if all the members are working on the same project, they can take turns to answer each question
individually, with one member responsible for taking notes and reporting. Monitor and provide feedback.
