SATISFACTION SURVEY

ADVANCED ENGLISH 2017
We carry out a Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) for a sample of 32 men and women
between 20 and 60 years old. In the questionnaire used to evaluate five
dimensions related to job position, motivating factors, work environment,
motivation and improvements.
From the results for the item on which are the most important factor in the
work, we asked in an ascending scale in importance from 1 to 5. In the first
graph, work environment was the most favorite, followed per more time off and
supportive colleagues. In the second graph we observe that about sentence
Decisions are taken with the participation of personnel from the area the
sample proved to be satisfied in their area of work. In the third graph,
information about work environment was widely positive in the compiled
answers. Finally, item about motivation and improvements the companies have
offered few opportunities to develop professional careers in this year. In general
the perception of the sample was positive for the rest of the questions of the
questionnaire.
