1. Kora : ovseno brano i bademi , indijski orah , i malo kokosovog putera .

Cokoladni deo : kokosovo ulje , lenik , kakao , puter od kokosa , bademi .


Preliv : maline i kokosov puter . Dekoracija :suene jagode i banane

2. Oats, hemp seed, chia seed, maca, camu camu, nettle, almond butter, cinnamon,
cacao, banana, strawberry and blueberry, coco rice milk

3. Rolled oats, hazelnut butter, maca, cacao, milled chia, flax, lucuma, buckwheat,
sesame and cocorice milk + fruits on top. I also like to start my day with a cold
pressed juice (veggies and fruits) and then I also add hemp for protein. Stefan
takes a few sips too! Hope it gives you idea what to make for your breakfast.

4. Different proportions but more or less the same: chia, hemp, maca, mulberry,
flax, cacao, coco, camu camu, vanilla, oats + cocorice milk. Tomorrow I'll add some
fresh fruit and we'll have some cold pressed juice on a side.
You can play with ingredients all the time. I add all sorts of nuts, seeds,
different superfoods...

5. Each time I make these little delights they taste different because I don't have
specific proportions, I just play with the ingredients. For instance- for energy
balls I was using: almond butter, cacao flakes, coconut flakes, vanilla, maca root
powder, honey, coco-rice milk, rice protein powder, and oat flakes.
For the other ones (we call them medallions) I used dates, cacao and cashew nuts.
No need for baking here! I just mix them all and make shapes from them and put them
in the fridge

6. Recipe:
Cashew nuts (contains copper, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin K);?
Dates (great source of energy, good sugar and fiber; contains minerals and
vitamins)?
Strawberry (great source of vitamin C, potassium)?
Banana (potassium, vitamin B6, B12, magnesium...) ?
He also ???????? mix of mango, spirulina, whole nuts ?? i like to change up, so i
give him also hemp powder, chlorella powder.... Avocado+banana puree is always a
win ?? Now he is 12 months old so he can have honey, but before I was using carob
powder, agave syrup, maple syrup to add sweetness to some of the foods that were
good for him, but don't taste well.

7. don't have the exact recipe because each time I make it, it tastes different
but sooo yummy! ?? I use: all sorts of nuts, cacao, coconut oil/water, dates,
banana, strawberries, raspberries, and voila! :))) just experiment! My favourite
combination is: dates, cacao and cashew nuts!
