Try going to either of the URLs above.

A small pop-up window should ask you to login using your assigned username and password. Please use
the credentials below (Case sensitive).

Username: nmrtraining2@gmail.com
Password: Rack1234

Upon successful login, you will be redirected to the Customer Search or Order Search screen.

Customer Search This page is where you search using customers personal information. From this
screen you may search using the following:
a. First Name
b. Last Name
c. Email Address
d. ID (Customer or Member ID)
e. Phone Number
f. IP Address
g. And many more

Order Search This page is where you search using customers order details or information. From this
screen you may search using the following:
a. ID (Order ID or Order Number)
b. Transaction ID
c. And a lot more
How to perform a Search at the Customer Search page

1. Search for customers information using any of the pre-defined fields. Lets say you are
searching for a customers account using their email address. You shall put the email address on
the field across where it says Email Address.

2. Press this button (Search) once you are ready to search for the information you just posted from
Step 1.

3. From the highlighted area from the photo above. This is where you would see the result(s) for
the information you searched.

4. You may combine search filters like shown in the image below.
How to perform a Search using hidden details in Customer Search

1. Go to customer search page.

2. Click on the drop down arrow from any of the four pre-defined filters and select the filter you
want to use. The example on the image above shows we selected the IP Address as our search
filter.

3. Press the Search button.

The same steps may be used if you decide to use other search filters like Phone Number, status, etc.
How to perform a Search at the Order Search page

1. Search for customers order using the pre-defined field. By default, the filter is set to ID. This
will allow you to search using the customers Order #.

2. Press this button (Search) once you are ready to search for the information you just posted from
Step 1.

3. From the highlighted area from the photo above. This is where you would see the result(s) for
the information you searched.

How to perform a Search using hidden details in Order Search

1. Go to order search page.

2. Click on the drop down arrow from the pre-defined filter and select the filter you want to use.
The example on the image above shows we selected the Transaction ID as our search filter.

3. Press the Search button.

The same steps may be used if you decide to use other search filters like Phone Number, status, etc.
How to read or interpret details in the Customer Search page

1. ID Customers member ID #.
2. Status Identifies whether an account is active or inactive. All inactive accounts are inaccessible
to the member who created the account.
3. State Sub status for item #2 above. Help us identify classification of a customers account.
a. Active
i. Registered Customer signed up for an account but did not confirm email.
ii. Verified Customer signed up and confirmed registered email address.
b. Inactive
i. Fraudulent Account has violated and committed fraud.
ii. Suspected Fraud Account is allegedly fraudulent and being evaluated.
iii. Internal Any other reasons other than fraud.
4. First Name / Last Name Customers registered name.
5. IP Address Customers current IP Address based on their last login.
6. Email Address Customers registered email.
7. Phone Number Customers registered phone number.
8. Created On Date of sign up, registration, or account creation.
9. Updated On Date of any account information changes (i.e.: Password reset, Changed maiden
name to married name, updated email address, etc.)
10. Actions You may view customers account or modify their information by clicking one of the
links.
How to read or interpret details in the Order Search page

1. ID Customers order ID or Order #


2. Customer ID Customers member ID #
3. Status Active or Inactive
4. Stage Sub status for item #3 to help us give more background on the whereabouts of the
order.
a. Initial Order details havent been submitted to vendors/suppliers.
b. Fulfilment Order details already forwarded to vendors/suppliers.
5. State Sub status for item #4 to help us give more background on the whereabouts of the
order.
a. Approved Order was successfully placed and accepted by our system.
b. Manual For orders manually entered by management or fulfilment team.
c. Pending Orders that customers initiated but did not finish checkout process.
d. Failed Order that failed to complete due to network interruption or system issues.
e. Declined Orders that failed due to customers payment method.
f. Processing Orders that have been submitted to vendors and awaiting shipment.
g. Cancelled Orders that were cancelled either initiated by customer or fulfilment team.
h. Completed Orders that have been successfully processed by our fulfilment team and
vendors. Although this state does not mean the item in this order has been delivered
already.
i. Expired Orders that were initiated but was cancelled by the system while customer is
on checkout process. This may be caused by item being sold out or cart has already
expired.
6. Quantity total count of items included in the order.
7. Sub Total total cost of order excluding shipping.
8. Sales Tax displays amount of Sales Tax if applicable.
9. Shipping Total cost of shipping fee.
10. Credit shows amount of in-store credits (whether GC or Refund credits) applied in this order.
11. Total displays sum of #7 9 minus #10.
12. Created On Date of purchase / Order date.
13. Actions You may view customers order details or modify their information by clicking one of
the links.
