Using state-of-the-art, computer-controlled robotics, every Yamaha Boat is cut and drilled to exact
specifications, ensuring a fit and finish traditional boat building methods cant match. Additionally, Yamahas
full deck construction is bonded to both the hull and liner with mechanical fasteners and polyurethane
adhesive to provide a rigid, strong and responsive boat a detail other boat manufacturers overlook.

immediate response from driver input. The Thrust Directional Enhancer directs water flow at an optimum
angle creating more responsive handling as the boat is turned right and left at slow speeds.
These features are part of a suite of Yamaha exclusive innovations called Yamahas Advanced
Responsive Handling. And for 2017, this suite of innovations continues with the addition of Yamahas
patented Articulating Keel to the entire line up of Yamaha boats.

Articulating Keel
The Articulating Keel from Yamaha represents a new advancement in maritime directional control
technology.
The Articulating Keel is a simple yet ingenious mechanism that serves as an extension of the boats keel
but with a back end that moves and tracks through the water in perfect relation to the jet pump nozzles.
Steering response is immediate. Straight line tracking at any speed is effortless. High speed
cornering stability at speed is greatly enhanced which improves the overall comfort of passengers.
Cutting through chop at speed is a breeze. With this new patented advancement combined with the
other features in Yamahas Advanced Responsive Handling, overall maneuverability whether around
docks or at speed, or loading and unloading is more effortless than ever before.
This is an all new experience behind the wheel. Its a technology you never have to think about and
youll use it every time you start the engine. Combined with Yamahas dual throttles and all of Yamahas
Advanced Responsive Handling features, there has never been a jet boat, or a stern drive boat, or any
boat for that matter, which offers this level of control and confidence. These features are available on all
of Yamahas 2017 boats.

Connext is an easy to use, all in one helm control
Yamaha Connext system that combines a touch screen with a joystick
System control allowing the driver to easily and intuitively
access all major functions of the boat.
Connext is an intelligent system designed to always present quick access to the

critical functions drivers demand, depending on their current usage of the boat.
While underway, Connext provides access at a quick glance to critical information
such water depth, fuel gauge, RPM, compass heading and miles per hour.
Scrolling functions provide access to important but less frequented information
including maximum speed attained, miles per gallon, gallons per hour, average
speed, trip odometer, elevation and engine temperature. When the boat is at rest 212 Series Connext
(float mode) Connext provides easy access to the voltage meter and water depth.
In addition, Connext serves as the entertainment hub of the boat, providing full
access to radio and stereo controls, satellite radio, Bluetooth connectivity and USB
connections (excluding the 210 series).
The Joystick control for Connext provides additional controls for top level Connext
navigation including Home, Scrolling and Volume as well as access to Yamahas
Cruise Assist and No Wake Mode (excluding the 210 series).
Connext utilizes high contrast technology and an anti-glare screen allowing full 24 FT Series Connext
visibility in direct sunlight.

Warranty
Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A., hereby warrants that new Yamaha Boats will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the period
of time stated herein, subject to certain stated limitations.
Period of Warranty The hull and deck of any new Yamaha Boat purchased for pleasure use from an authorized Yamaha Boat dealer in the
United States will be warranted against major structural defects for a period of five (5) years in pleasure use, or for one (1) year in commercial
applications. All other Yamaha Boat components will be warranted against defects in material or workmanship, subject to exclusions noted
herein, for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase in pleasure use, or ninety (90) days from the date of purchase in commercial
applications. Replacement parts used in warranty repairs will be warranted for the balance of the applicable warranty period.
The warranty described here applies to Boats purchased from YMUS and registered for use in the United States only. For warranty provisions
outside the United States, contact that particular countrys local Yamaha distributor.
Obtaining Repairs Under Warranty During the period of warranty, any authorized Yamaha Boat dealer will, free of charge, repair or replace,
at Yamahas option, any parts adjudged defective by Yamaha due to faulty workmanship or material from the factory. All parts replaced under
warranty will become property of Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A.
Customer Responsibility Under the terms of this warranty, the customer will be responsible for ensuring that the Boat is properly operated,
maintained and stored as specified in the applicable Owners Manual.
The owner of the Boat shall give notice to an authorized Yamaha Boat dealer of any and all apparent defects within ten (10) days of discovery and
make the boat available at that time for inspection and repairs at the dealers place of business.

General Exclusions From Warranty This warranty will not cover the repair of damage if the damage is a result of abuse or neglect of the
product. Examples of abuse and neglect include, but are not limited to, the following:
Racing or competition use, modification of original parts, abnormal strain.
Lack of proper maintenance and improper storage as described in the owners manual, installation of parts or accessories that are not
equivalent in design and quality to genuine Yamaha parts.
Use of lubricants, oils and fuel/oil mixtures that are not suitable for boat motor use.
Damage as a result of accidents, collisions, contact with foreign materials or submersion.
Growth of marine organisms on motor, pump or hull surfaces.
Normal deterioration.
Gel coat stress cracks.
Transfer of Warranty Transfer of the warranty from the original purchaser to any subsequent purchaser is possible by having the boat
inspected by an authorized Yamaha Boat dealer and requesting the dealer to submit a change of registration to Yamaha Motor Corporation,
U.S.A. within ten (10) days of the transfer.
Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A., makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. All implied warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose which exceed the obligations and time limits stated in this warranty are hereby disclaimed by Yamaha Motor

1. Completely set up each new boat before sale.
2. Explain the operation, maintenance and warranty requirements to your satisfaction at

A. Yes. The remainder of the existing warranty can be transferred upon request. The unit has to

Cruise Assist: Basic Operation No Wake Mode: Basic Operation
