INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING IAPT-PRMO 2017 ONLINE

STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM

Steps to be followed for Student registration form filling the Instructions:

Step 1:

Go to the IAPT website (www.iapt.org.in).The home page of the website appears as

shown below.

Step 2:

Click on the link FOR REGISTRATION OF PRMO CLICK HERE- IAPT(NBHM)-

PRMO 2017, you will be directed to the below mentioned page:

Step 3:

a. Click on the Link mentioned as Centre Login .

b. Enter the Username and Password

received to the registered Email ID.
Kindly Note: The Login Credentials
(Username and Password) cannot be
changed.

c. Once Logged in the Instiution / Centre details that was regeistered can be viewed
along with the Centre Number. No editing of the registered data is permissible, in
case of any changes is required, kindly mail to iaptprmo2017@gmail.com only
through registered Email ID.

d. To enter the Student details click on the link towards the left mentioned as Student
Registration Entry. The link will direct to the below metioned page. Follow the steps
as mentioned below.

i. Enter the Student Name.

ii. Gender.
iii. Class / Standard.
iv. School Name ( Student Studied School Name).
v. Place & Pincode (Student Studied School).
vi. Date of Birth of the Student (DD/MM/YYYY).
vii. Residential address of the Student.
viii. City, State , District, Pincode.
ix. Mobile No & E-Mail of the student.

 Click on Add button for saving the student details. You can Edit the student details
by selecting from the Grid and after changing the date click on Edit button and for
Deleting particular student details (if any), select the student details from the Grid
and click on Delete button.

In Top GRID it will display the details of the candidate with the currently entered
candidate detiails on the Top and number of candidate details entered.
You can download the entered candidate details by clicking the Export button and
the same will down load in MS-Excel format.
Note: The data entered cannot able to change once hall ticket
generated. All future communications and certificates will be issued
with the entered data only.

e. Click on the SBI Collect online payment Gateway link, you will be directed to the
below mentioned screen accept the term and conditions and click on Proceed
Button.

f. Select Payment Category as Examination Fees

 g. Enter the relevenat details as shown below.

h. Once the details are entered and submitted, an acknowledgement will be given by
the Bank with a payment reference ID.
i. This payment reference ID should be entered in Fee Payment details. Bank payment
reference IDs should match with the no of candidate entered.

I. The Screen will display the Total No.of Student you have registered
II. Fill the payment Date, Bank Acknowledgement Number, Total No. of Student
Enrolled and Amount paid.

Note:

A) Total number of candidates entered in the screen should match with the Total
Amount paid otherwise it will not be accepted.

B) Total Amount should match with the Total amount paid to the Bank.

 By this step the Registration process of the Students is completed.

An Enrollment list will be generated only after the reconciliation of the Payment.

Note : Registration of candidates will start from 20 June 2017 to 25 July 2017.

The IAPT PRMO 2017 Examination will be conducted only in Kendriya Vidyalayas
and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas
