25.02.2013 1. Flushing of FF line for Bus Reactor Transformer
is done on 20-02-2013, during flushing it is
observed that water was coming from protection line
ring header at EL +0.322 mtr only and all other ring
headers were choked including all detection line ring
headers.
2. During DV commg on 21.02.2013 some
nozzle, It is observed that water pressure was very
low after interval of aprox. 1 min. water spraying
has been stop completly.

U/L area were found to be choked.
2. One no. nozzle was not developing
proper pressure.
3.Pressure Gauge in 15NB pressure line is not
indicating pressure value.

DV for Fuel Forwarding pump house is operated on

22-02-2013 and observation are as follows:-
1. 5 no. Nozzles are
observed those are not developing proper pressure.
2. BFV at discharge of
DV is having leakage.
3. Tapping of Sprinkler alarm from
pressure gauge at DV suction is having leakage at
the connecting point.
