1 Problem and Solution:

Problem:

Light is an important basic demand in our life without light anything we want to do is
difficult like walking, writing or others. We electricity in order to get the light. Short of
electricity, we cant get the light easily either inside the house or at outdoor. Even we
walk inside the house or walk at outdoor are very difficult as well without light. Torch
light is one of the solution to get the light without electricity by using the battery. But we
can get a torch light easily at anywhere but we cant make sure battery is ready. If the
torch light without battery, we also cant switch on the torch light and also we cant get
the battery in a short time. The battery of the torch light is limit as after fully use, the
torch light will be out of function.

Solution:

By using our innovation MagTorch product, it can help us to solve problem. MagTorch is
using magnetic energy to help us to produce the light. Without using battery or any
electricity, it can producing by itself to have the light. We can using MagTorch anytime
without trouble of battery or electricity. Beside, we can go for GREEN concept as
disposal of batteries harms the planet.

3.3 Steps on Creating Product:
1. Roll the copper wire at the toilet
paper tube around 3150 rolls

2. Put the two magnet with same

direction(Positive, Positive)
inside the toilet paper tube.

3. To stick the outer sphere of

copper wire by using plastic
sellotape to let the copper wire
fixed the position and decorate
it.
4. To install the nylon cover of the
copper wire to protect it.

5. Cut the circuit plate to the

dimension of 6.5cm x3.5cm

6. Install the LED light bulb using

solder wire at the circuit plate.
7. Connect the electric to power on
so need use solder wire to
solder.

8. Test the product
