SUBJECT: Amendment to Administrative Order No. 2014 - 0027 entitled o'National Policy
on Water Safetv Plan for AII Drinking-Water Service Providers"" dated
September 4.2014

Pursuant to AO No. 2014-0027 entitled "National Policy on Water Safety Plan for All
Drinking-Water Service Providers" dated September 4,2014, the following provision is hereby
amended:

VI. GENERAL GUIDELINES

A. All drinking-water service providers shall develop water safety plans for their water
supply systems within three years after the issuance of this Order and ensure its
implementation after its approval;

The aforementioned is hereby amended to read as follows:

A. All drinking-water service providers shall develop water safety plans for their water
supply systems within one (1) additional year after August 4,2017. They shall ensure
its implementation after its approval.

All other provisions of the Administrative Order No. 2014-0 027 shallremain in effect and
provisions/issuances inconsistent or contrary to this Order are hereby rescinded or modified
accordingly. This order shall take effect immediately.
