extinguisher, c caution and phone holder)
Your inspection report will be sent to the email address given. Please check your
email within 24hrs to confirm you received the report. If you do not receive your
inspection report, please contact us.

PASSED INSPECTIONS

If you pass your inspection, you can upload your report into your Uber Partner
Account.
Your inspection report is valid for 6 months except Uber requests a re-inspection. You
are due a re-inspection after 6 months.

FAILED INSPECTIONS

If you fail your inspection, you can reschedule another inspection appointment after
all necessary repairs have been completed.
We will try to give priority to customers who require re-inspections after a failed
inspection.

 If you fail your inspection, your next re-inspection is FREE. After this re-inspection, all
other re-inspections will attract a re-inspection fee.
If you dispute your inspection fail, please write us after you receive your inspection
report.

VEHICLE SERVICING AND REPAIR

You are under NO OBLIGATION to repair or service your vehicle with the Inspection
AutoCenter.
You can repair or service your vehicle at any AutoCenter of your choosing and
schedule re-inspections at our designated inspection AutoCenter.
If you choose to repair your vehicle at our designated AutoCenter, you will be sent a
repair report by email and a receipt at the AutoCenter.

UBER REQUIRED VEHICLE ACCESSORIES

You are also under NO OBLIGATION to purchase accessories from the designated
Inspection AutoCenter.
You can purchase items, parts and accessories from any other distributor or outlet to
fulfil your inspection requirements. These include fire extinguishers, c caution, first aid
kit and smartphone holders.

BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION

We have zero tolerance towards Bribery and Corruption. This includes gifts,
entertainment, payment and any form of benefit or advantage offered or received to
for payment, endorsement, inspection report.

In addition, If you attempt to coerce or bribe a mechanic, supervisor or staff of the

designated AutoCenter, you will be reported to UBER and your Uber Partner Account
will be cancelled.
