Hotel, Training days Training on the following topics:
General Orientation of the Enhanced Beneficiary
Santos City Update System Forms with workshop for
filling -out the enhanced forms,
Orientation on Senior High School,
Orientation on the Family Based
Validation (validation Guidelines Forms),
Scenario Building on Family-based
Validation, Installation of Family Based
System with action planning workshop
and Hands-on exercise (encoding of
validation forms).

The main objectives of the training are:

To address the needs of the Pantawid
Pamilya Field staff in performing tasks
related to data management and to build
capacity and prepare the field workers in
the upcoming validation of additional set
of households for 2016 and transition of
the current Pantawid Pamilya
beneficiaries into Family-based CCT.

The developer discussed

the installation,
configuration and
advance feature of the
system which the
undersign test and
debug and we found out
that the system is
limited with regards in
the coverage of the
encoding, and we
suggested that the
 encoding will be in the
Municipal level not in
the Province level. The
system is offline only the
Regional and Cluster
Beneficiary Data Officer
will be generating the
encoded data in the
Provincial level and the
Regional Information
Technology Officer will
be consolidated the
submitted encoded data
as Regional Data and
subject for uploading in
the online system of
FBCCT. The FBCCT
information system will
deploy once the
suggested additional
feature integrate in the
system.
