DIRECTIONS: This organizational research management performance measure is intended to account your emerging practices and processes in the field.
The results of this assessment will explore the research management viability of each division and collectively the region. Also, the results will provide a
direction for the Competency-Based Learning and Development Plan (CBLD) to ensure that the competency gaps identified will address the organizational
needs particularly on ensuring the development of a strong research culture across the Department of Education.
Kindly read each domain and their corresponding indicators and performance measure. Fill out the required information in the column of performance
measure and compile the evidence required. Submit the completed form to the PPRD chief for endorsement to the Central Office. Do not submit the set of
evidence required. Keep all these range of evidence required in the Division Office for verification later by the Regional and Central Office.
